Easily the slowest coffee shop you can go to. Consistently 15-30 minute wait if there’s anything that resembles a line in the drivethru. Everything else is fine and good quality, but the wait really kills it.

This is one of the worst biggie I’ve ever been to not only were the people rude, but they made my drink way too sweet and when I tried to talk to them about it, they try to say I have to go to corporate. They have no customer service. If we’re gonna be paying more than nine dollars for a damn coffee drink, I expected to be made correct

I am giving two stars because while I liked my drink I didn't like the service. There were 4 women behind the counter and I was the only customer. I waited at one end of the counter and then the other. For a good two minutes I just waited and waited. Finally one came to take my order. After another 5 minutes I got my drink. No one said hello,thank you or smiled. I felt they didn't care. It was my first time here and I will never go back .

Not friendly…. Went inside this morning there are 4 ladies working not one said hello, when the lady came over to take my order it was a “what can I get you” the lady that made my coffee just yelled out what it was and walked away. Really wish they made you feel welcome and appreciated for stopping in. Almost like they all fear communicating except with each other..

this biggby frankly sucks. i’ve gone back several times and every time is just as disappointing as the time before. i ask for extra flavor, get charged for extra flavor, and my coffees taste like they have little to no flavor. drinks that are served extra hot should always come out with a sleeve, otherwise you risk burning your customers. the bagels are not even cut before being toasted at this location so you end up with a raw, partially soggy bagel. if you come to this location expecting regular biggby standards, just don’t. if you come to this biggby expecting good coffee and edible food, just don’t. go to starbucks or the parchment biggby. they need someone from home office in GR to come teach them all how to actually work at a biggby and make decent food and drinks. i don’t know if it’s a training issue or just an “i don’t care” issue on behalf of the employees, but save your money for good coffee and food from literally anywhere else.

Normally, the baristas here are friendly and welcoming. Not today. The lady at the drive thru was rude and the most unfriendly person I've encountered at any Biggby. I ordered a latte and a bagel. The latte was perfect, but the bagel was soggy and disgusting. Went straight into the trash. I should have gone one building over to Starbucks.

Ordered a crème freeze and it was watery and loose. I called back to let them know, and a rude lil employee would not help me, nor would allow me to speak with a manager, like she paid for my order. I was in there 15 minutes before calling and she says, I don’t see anything from an hour ago, when there were 4 cars ahead of me. Like girl what? I will NEVER come back here to GULL ROAD. AGAIN! EVER! West main and parchment locations are the best 2.

We get Biggby Mon-Fri at a different location and it’s never, and I mean NEVER as good as the Gull Road location. My favorite Biggby no question. My frozen caramel marvel is perfection every time. I love you guys!
