I frequent this Bigby quite a bit but after today I’ll drive down to the one on E. Michigan instead. Leaving a customer sitting for over 20 minutes for an online order for 1 coffee even after the customer inquires about the order isn’t good customer service. Then proceeding to tell the customer it’s not the end of the world because I said I’d just like my money back is even worse. The first girl knew my order and knew I was waiting but didn’t even attempt to figure out why it wasn’t being made. Bad customer service all the way around.

Easily the slowest coffee shop you can go to. Consistently 15-30 minute wait if there’s anything that resembles a line in the drivethru. Everything else is fine and good quality, but the wait really kills it.
This is one of the worst biggie I’ve ever been to not only were the people rude, but they made my drink way too sweet and when I tried to talk to them about it, they try to say I have to go to corporate. They have no customer service. If we’re gonna be paying more than nine dollars for a damn coffee drink, I expected to be made correct

I am giving two stars because while I liked my drink I didn't like the service. There were 4 women behind the counter and I was the only customer. I waited at one end of the counter and then the other. For a good two minutes I just waited and waited. Finally one came to take my order. After another 5 minutes I got my drink. No one said hello,thank you or smiled. I felt they didn't care. It was my first time here and I will never go back .
