The atmosphere at Big B is pretty good food service I wouldn’t count on it just because you asked for certain stuff and you don’t always get what you asked for. I asked for a frozen chocolate milk extra extra chocolate and I didn’t get that and also asked for the marshmallow flavoring and I didn’t get that so it was just like drinking frozen milk!Dietary restrictions: Can’t have coffee

Terribly slow service. Everytime. Regardless of how busy. Its unreal. If you go inside the store, they have the music so loud you can't think. Maybe that is why all their employees can't work at a reasonable rate?!?

I LOVE writing good reviews, but if I (a kind, patient rational person with decades of service experience) am treated unfairly, I’ll write a negative one. Today I ordered a drink I’ve ordered at least 100 times. It tasted flavorless, so I gently told them. Remade it, and it tasted the same. They told me that every other time I ordered it the person working must have put too much flavor in. Well, thank you for turning it on me. I told them I did not want either drink because it’s not what I paid for and usually get. Three employees shrugged and no one offered a refund. If they had offered to make it right, I would not be here. I know now not to ever order that drink at Biggby and am questioning whether their standards have changed and if I should return. I’m so disappointed! I decided to get all dressed in cheery Christmas clothes and was looking forward to some relaxing shopping with a drink in my hand.

First I'll say I love biggby coffee. But this location has the WORST service! Walked in, was greeted by the employees but then was allowed to stand at the counter for 15 mins (not a single person in line and two cars in the drive thru) before just leaving.... Was never told we will be right with you or we are extremely busy, they just continued working behind the counter as if we weren't standing right there I have never experienced this at any other location thankfully! So if your on gull rd I would just pass up this location, there are other options.

Today, Saturday, 10/21, we went to the 5913 Gull Road, Kalamazoo, MI location for two coffees. We arrived at 11:45am and by 12:30 we STILL had not received our two coffees. There were certainly other customers but not so many that the several employees working shouldn’t have been able to handle it. Unfortunately, much of the wait time was after my husband had already ordered and paid so we had no choice but to wait. While I sat in the car with my two year old who, after sitting in the car for over 40 minutes, got understandably upset. I have never, ever experienced wait times like this, for COFFEE, and I moved here from New York City. You clearly need to do some additional training for your employees as they obviously can’t handle the customer demand at this location. There’s a Starbucks a few blocks away, and I have to believe you’ll lose a great deal of business to another establishment who can actually serve their customers in a reasonable amount of time!
