The staff here was absolutely wonderful, but after learning of their toxic work environment and mistreatment, I will not be returning. I will also be advising friends to hit up another location with me to support franchise owners who respect and value their employees. Do better!

What happened to this place? The people working there since they fired all the good baristas are trash. It's like they don't know how to make something as simple as coffee. Hope they can shape up and at least get rid of the roaches.

This place used to be a great place to go get coffee until they hired new barista's. So I went in to order two 24 oz specialty drinks, an ice mocha and cookie butter cold brew with a BOGO coupon. So when the barista said the total which was 13.44. I said I gave you a BOGO, then the batista said the drinks are taxed? I'm like what?. So yeah I got charged 13.44 for two drinks which one of them should of been free because I had a BOGO coupon. Should of been 7 and some change. Also the drinks were only three quarters filled. I definitely won't be going to this coffee shop again
Owner needs to fix this place, machine is leaking, only 6 customers and a staff of 3 can't get orders correct. Thus crew that's in here now, 12/12/24 11am is not working, they are not efficient enough.

I feel bad for the 2 gals working their butts off. Should have had at least one more working. But they made someone else’s drinks before mine that had ordered after me. And my latte was not filled to the top. Dirty store too.

I typically never leave reviews good or bad but today I went into your store barista was nice ordered 3 drinks and one being a vanilla bean didn’t look right, I asked the barista very kindly if that was right and she assured it was how it’s supposed to be then within 2 minutes of getting into the car completely separated then went back inside barista wasn’t very kind. She did remake the drink which was supposed to be a large size and ended up giving me the size of a small. I won’t be back to this location I don’t mind spending the money, but I expect to get what I paid for

The service here is so sub par it don't make no sense. When you order online it says they'll contact you when the order is ready, but I was never contacted so imagine my dismay when I arrive and my order is already completed & food cold! The employee leaning on the counter on her phone without a care in the world! I used to come here frequently in 2018 but over time their service declined so I havent been in almost or over a year, and following today's experience I won't be back at all! Do better!
