This morning I arrived at Biggby at 9:19. There was only two people in front of me. I have waited in line for over 45 minutes to receive two bagels and one drink. I watch the ladies in the drive-through make tons Of drinks for the cars behind me only for them to sit for more than 10 to 15 minutes. They messed up my order and I know the people behind me. Drinks were COLD from sitting so long. I brought my concern About how long this took nicely and the drive-through lady with long dark super curly hair and was very rude she said oh..well sorry and slammed the window shut. I regret coming to Biggby and I will never be a customer at that location again. The rude lady is what did it for me!

The lady working the inside counter was slamming stuff down and the other 2 were just standing there , it took me 10 mins to get 2 drinks however the drinks were good but the overall experience is why I only use one specific biggby and that's the gull road location

This used to be my absolute favorite biggby. Within the last month it has really gone downhill. I think they are training but this is the third time I’ve gone and have gotten wrong drinks/bagels. I just went through and got a spotted owl that had no milk in it? Just black coffee with syrup? And got a plain bagel instead of everything. Makes me so sad and just want the team to be aware.

They put the cream cheese on my bagel. There’s half of the bagel with no cream cheese on it. I’ve never seen this in my life. Please don’t do this give me my own cream cheese.

My favorite Biggby location! Biggby is way better than Starbucks or any other cookie-cutter coffee chain. This location especially does an excellent job at getting orders correct and in a timely manner. Prices are what you'd expect, but I think they're more economical than their competitors. The coconut beach cream freze is my absolute favorite, and they make it perfectly. The staff are all so kind and hard working. I greatly appreciate that! See you soon!
