Great service, great food. Tonight was another solid experience at Blaze. Greeted with a smile, quickly and efficiently helped, cashier support friendly and helped me with technology..đ and the pizza was cooked, boxed and ready to go in a short amount of time!

I visited your Kalamazoo restaurant for the first time and was genuinely excited to stop in, especially since youâre open until 11 PM and I needed a place to get some work done. I ordered a pizza, found a quiet table, and then discovered there was no accessible internet. Apparently you do have Wi-Fi, but no one on staff knew the password, so I wasnât able to connect at all.
Because of this, I couldnât complete the work I came to do and ended up wasting nearly an hour. I even tried connecting through my phoneâs hotspot, but the concrete walls made that impossible as well.
Itâs 2026âhaving functioning, accessible internet should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, this experience cost you my business. Iâll be choosing other restaurants going forward, because not having a working Wi-Fi connection (or even knowing the password) is unacceptable.

I arrived in the store and was greeted kindly by staff and my order was ready to go right on time. Such amazingly good pizza- the roasted garlic is my favorite! Love this place!

The best tasting pizza around. If you do the research, Blaze (and Costco) is the ONLY pizza chain that uses fresh ingredients, non GMO or chemical induced veggies. Real sauce made with real whole tomatoes, real mozzarella, real and organic everything. I pick Blaze over any pizza in Kalamazoo.

Today, 10/17/25, only 2 workers, one can only work the oven, nothing else, the other, is in such a big hurry doesn't care about customer service or listening to the customer, can't put enough sauce on the pizza to acutely cover it, asked for exter cheese, and mushrooms and he was ready to move on, very poor service.
