So I've always loved this Blaze, and it's been one of my late pizza-calls... Buuuuut, as with any relationship...sometimes things can take a slight turn..and sometimes they can even go a bit....sour....and by things...I mean chicken š¬
So, Long story long, My partner and I each ordered a build your own salad, and idk... I'd like to think I'm not really the jealous type but when my salad arrived, it didn't take long to notice something definitely seemed, well.....a bit fishy. š„“Don't get me wrong, I love a good traditional Caesar dressing made with anchovies, I'm also the opposite of picky...that said I don't like my chicken coming home late smelling like bad decisions.
anyhoodles, ALL this just to say that when I called and reported the situation, Shelby, the manager on duty, was SO very understanding and immediately (after confirming I wasn't just a dummy about the dressing) offered to make it right. My partner and I ended up having a great night with great food (sans anything chicken) and fell asleep content with a great (not fishy) taste in our mouths.

Food was good. Could be better but that could be said about anything out there. I was never given the option of any of the finishing touches. They claimed there was no ice despite the fact that the ice maker was working and that the drinks in the cooler were cold, despite the fact that they were literally room temp. Other than that, it was a pretty decent experience except for one thing you need different types of lids for your cups and straws. Your cups kids drink out of them. If they tip a proper lid on it would prevent it from spilling as quickly as the lid you have now, where it is wide open. What is the point of a lid that is open? You might as well not have one, get a proper lid and have straws. Also you need to teach your employees how to cut a pizza if I go to take a slice of pizza my very first slice. There is no reason why it should be well over half the size smaller than every other slice of pizza in one pizza. It was less than half the size of the other slices. Say your typical slice was 3 in. This was would have been one in ridiculous and embarrassing. If they cannot slice a pizza, guess what. There are pizza slice and guides out there that they can follow with a cutter. Get it

My favorite Blaze location! LOVE their gluten-free pizza!!! It's the best! Always friendly and fast! Clean bathrooms and restaurant. I've been going here for over 6 years and never disappointed! Sign up for their rewards program for free drinks and pizza. Best lemonade's, too!!! Highly recommend for the BEST PIZZA around! The build your own is awesome with super delicious and fresh choices! Love the late hours as well! Yum!

I really like the Pizza at this establishment . Freshest ingredients, made fast in front of you, vegan options, great locations, just overall great option when Iām craving carbs . I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. At others, the food was good but staff was rude and had attitudesā¦ not this place. They have been consistently helpful, do not make a big deal when I ask for a glove change and food is always nice and fresh! As a vegan, this is hands down the best chain vegan option! Omni kids arenāt complaining either.

amazing place for a quick and delicious pizza. have pizzas sized so it in one pizza per person. many options besides pizza. you can build your own adding your desired toppings like at a subway or chipotle. Delicious thin pizza, you can order there or online and pick up. they do deliver through delivery apps. Delicious blood orange lemonade
