Coffee was very good and a nice breakfast selection. People are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the cafeteria while visiting.

As a patient I can tell you this place stinks I was there for a week and in that week my food tray was correct 6 times one morning I didnt even receive my breakfast as they claim the system went down before my food was trayed. When I called to complain about the service the person that answered was RUDE and basically told me to eat what I get and shut the ___ell up.

Had many choices from snacks and drinks to Thai food, to Pizza, to Italian. The meal i got was Chicken Thai with General Tso sauce and a pork eggroll

Not sure as to why it is called a cafeteria, unless chicken strips, fries, or onion rings 7 days a week, is a cafeteria where you come from.Do yourself a favor, acclimate to the local restaurants with delivery, or pack your own food.Been here with a loved one, for 8 days straight...NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

I was given a free coupon for a cup of coffee while waiting (I didn't wait,went home) for my husband's hip surgery. I was deciding what roast I wanted and the cashier said it was good for a cappuccino. How nice! I had a salted Carmel. Nice extra while you wait

My daughter in law was airlifted there from hillsdale last week. The medical staff was awesome, they actually took the time to explain to us everything that was going on, I would like to thank all the staff at Borgess and air med,but I would like to thank all the staff in icu, you gies our awesome, Thank you so very much from my ❤
