updated 2-23-25 Service has severely been lacking the past few visits. I definitely recommend ordering pickup and just taking it home.

Worst service we had in a long time. No reason we had to wait we'll over an hrs and half to even start getting our food then none of it was right. My nephew waited an hr just for a refill on his drink. And the amount of dirty tables and the amount of trash on the floor is ridiculous. The waitress didn't take our orders right and did not care. We sure did get up and walked out after she brought all the wrong food. Never got an apology or anything. Hope she has to pay for all the food she put in wrong and had the kitchen cook. Oh let's add how dirty and nasty the bathroom was. Toilet paper all over the floors too. Trash over flowing. Do better

22 people at one point waiting to pick up their to go orders last night. The phone was ringing off the hook. Nobody answered it, and nobody was stationed at the customer service area the entire night.we waited 80 minutes before my order came out and when we got home, they gave us the wrong order and left out the drink as well. All the other servers noticed the huge line that went back to the bathrooms and out to the front door, but nobody stopped and said a word or did anything about it. The DoorDash drivers got their food immediately ahead of everybody else. Really poor service

To say I don’t recommend this store is an understatement but some people have different opinions so let me explain, If you want fast food quality food with an expensive price tag that you need to wait a half an hour for then come here. If you want to eat food made by a bunch of drunk people and prepped by people who need to be reminded regularly that they need to Wash their hands and wear gloves when handling food then come here. If you want to eat at a place that lets little kids run around screaming then come here. If you want to watch a manager drunkenly throw a remote into a tv breaking it in front of customers then come here. If you want your already lukewarm food brought to you by a person with dirty finger nails that needs to be reminded to wear deodorant because of the amount of complaints then come here. If you want to be served by a person who looks so dejected and hungover when they’re at the table then when they walk away they just sit at a table next to you on their phone then come here. If you want eat a wrap burger or salad from a person who none of the employees will eat anything from because he has (allegedly) given at least 4 of them food poisoning from things he has made then come here. If you want to be served by a person actively having a conversation with someone else through their AirPods then come here. If you want to eat at a place with dirty water then come here. If you want to sit at the bar and be almost entirely ignored by the bartenders because they’re sitting at the end of the bar talking to their friends then come here. If you want to eat at a place where all the drink station insides are caked in black sludge then come here. If you want to drink pop from a drink station that has at least a foot of mold under and behind it than eat here. If you want to work for a place whose management are such spineless yes-men to an owner that has said repeatedly that he would replace everyone there with illegals if he could then come here. If you want to work for a place who’s management doesn’t care about there staff even a little who you can go to repeatedly with problems and issues (asking them to do their job) and have nothing come from it then come here. And I bet your wondering why isn’t the owner doing anything about any of this? All he does is sit at the bar getting belligerently drunk so he can berate the employees for his own shortcomings as a boss ,but I mean if you can look past all of that and want to go in you should just complain a little (Even if nothings wrong) they will most likely just give you half of your food for free because nobody there is willing to solve problems, just to create more.

Dirty trays, dirty forks (twice) one plate had 3 wings less than the order another was missing one. 20 minutes for a beer on tap, 10 minutes to get a bottled beer. One bottle had a piece of glass inside. Server never apologized once and played it off as if this was normal. Waiter didn’t give a #%+% To be fair, they did comp 50% of the bill. But would never dare coming back here again.
And no, I won’t go fill out your dumb form. Have your people call me. Or tell them to look at the reviews.. that’s what they’re for..

Gotta be one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life.
First off, ordered a pint of Stella and the waiter brought me a Guinness. When I said that’s not a stella he tried to argue with me that it was. It took another 30 minutes to see my Stella. Should have left at this point.
One of my buddies beer had glass in it and the bar told him to go back to the table and the manager would come over which never did. Took 35 + minutes to get a new beer.
6 people at the table, 4 of the orders were wrong. Ordered 10 wings and got 7. Didn’t get the side orders or the sauces that we ordered. We ordered boneless wings and got traditional style.
The forks that were brought to our table were used and dirty - see picture. When we brought this up to the waiter he said it was just water and laughed.
Service was horrendous. When we brought up the concerns he just laughed and said we were funny.
After telling us that the manager would come over finally came over and said he was too busy.
Other waiters were laughing at the situation when we brought it up to them.
2 of us could t eat the wings because the food was inedible and asked for a comp which they obliged.
How is this still a franchise. Please don’t eat here.

I never leave poor reviews, but we were sadly disappointed by the service here. We came here and ordered wings (a 6 and a 10 piece with a side) and it took over an hour to receive our food, which my partners food came out to the table about 10-15 minutes before mine even arrived. When we finally did eat, we waited another 30-40ish minutes to receive our check. Additionally, another 20 minutes went by before the waiter picked up the payment and that was only because I had asked a hostess if she could check us out. Our dine in was over 2 hours long and I understand there definitely was a lack of staff, but this felt unprofessional and not once did I see management around even when an employee said she would find one.

Order 2 thing and they forgot to give me one whole item then called and then made it seem like it was mine fault not customer service that I would recommend to anyone last time I order from there.. get your food check before u leave because it takes 7 to 12 business days to get a refund even if not your fault do a better job bdub
