First visit, it was awesome. Best compliment I can offer is that we are already making plans to return. Gratuity is included with the purchase of the buffet, but that sure doesn't stop the staff from providing 5-star service! For the cashier to the waitstaff, cooks, and service personnel, literally everyone greeted us and made sure our every need was met. This was true service with a smile and all of the employees worked together to take care of everyone. Great to see. Okay, so, the food...made to order omelets, eggs, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, you name it, the made-to-order folks are happy to do their best to make you smile. 2 make-it-yourself waffle irons that each produce four mini-waffles, with fresh whipped cream, strawberries, cinnamon apples, chocolate chips, and all sorts of goodies to go on top. Selection of breakfast pastries, breads, and bagels. Fresh apple and orange juice. Biscuits and sausage gravy. Sage pork sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, Sriracha breakfast potatoes, and more stuff I'm sure I forgot to mention. Mimosa flights if you need a bit of bubbly. Other adult beverages available if you need to start the day with a buzz. All of this is served up in a spotless, well-lit, comfortable setting. We came here because of the positive Google reviews, now I add my own to the mix.Great stuff here. We will return!Parking: You can usually find free street parking nearby. If not, the restaurant will validate for up to 3 hours in the hotel parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here and they'll probably like it.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible.

We absolutely loved this place. The buffet was amazing, a variety of choices, they had a omelet and egg station where someone cooked it for you, juice and coffee are included in the buffet but it was an amazing time. We also got to see Santa for free, they had where you could decorate an ornament for free and a hot chocolate bar and a cookie bar it was absolutely amazing.

This is a nice place for breakfast if you are looking for lots of options. It is a buffet, and you pay before being seated; this was new to us since the last time we had been here. It was initially off putting, especially having to pay an 18% gratuity (tip) before getting anything to eat or drink (which means the $18 per person is really $22 with taxes/tip)…but maybe this was a good idea? All of the staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be at work on a Sunday morning; could it be because they knew they were already getting that tip and didn’t have to hustle for it? Anyway, the food was great and there is an omelet station; I just wanted over-easy eggs and it was done quickly by the chefs. Food was replenished well and we didn’t leave hungry. One change I wasn’t fond of was the lack of fresh-squeezed orange juice. Years ago there was a machine that did it in front of you. I would love to see this come back. I would also like another juice option; there was OJ and apple, but cranberry would be nice, too.Overall a great, relatively unknown place for breakfast that is in our rotation. They will validate parking from the garage as well.Parking: They will validate parking.

This was my first visit, so I wasn't sure what to expect, and woo I was quite delighted. Loved the choose your own option scramble/frittata bar, plenty of meat and veggies options too. Delightful breakfast/brunch. I was with a group on a back area that was slightly separated from the main area and it was delightful to network in that space. The staff were super friendly - and helpful as they spotted I was a newbie and unsure quite how to navigate the space. I'd love to return!

Great place for breakfast staff was amazing. Only issue I had was Kalamazoo had some sort cancer walk and they blocked off the roads and wouldn't let car go through and wouldn't stop the walks to let traffic go.

Be VERY careful here, there's a tip line on the receipt but they charge 18% automatic gratuity. Obstinate employees must be yelled at in order to make them refund it. Website does not match specials in the restaurant and the employees will attempt to change the deal on the spot. No reason to show anyone respect here.

For the price - the buffet was not only VERY limited but unstocked. The omelet station was the ONLY thing good and a 'blast from the previous names/ownership." Terrible service - had to seek it. Very slow clearing table of used plates. Had to remind of mimosa order. When checking in RESERVATION, had to inform of the 2for$35 special was NOT informed that the mimosa was NOT unlimited - it was served lukewarm. The coffee was very weak and tasteless. Worst experience ever under this new management. Will not be coming back again. Total waste of money.

My wife and I got our first day away without kids in 6 months, we found this place online and thought it looked amazing. While looking at the website I was prompted to reserve a table , which I did for 1130 am which it said was the last available reservation. We packed up and drove 48 minutes to kzoo to 1st not be able to locate the restaurant and when we finally did they had been closed since 11am but yet I had an 1130 reservation. Huge waste of the little time we had without kids . Please update your hours so people aren't wasting time and money ?

It's a buffet. Maps was confusing. Couldn't find the entrance. Ended up walking in the main door at the Radisson, it's up the escalator on 2nd floor. It said $18 each but they charged us $22? Staff was helpful. Made to order omelets and pancakes. They did have sugar free syrup & turkey sausage ?. It was all delicious.

The food was good. There were cook to order omelettes and lots of food options to choose from. We did miss the fresh squeezed orange juice machine. My main concern was that nothing was really explained to us, and our server had us pay up front including leaving a tip, then we never saw her again. The only service that we really received from our server was being seated like a hostess would normally do.
