I went through their drive thru and didn’t realize I didn’t get my full order until I got home. Once I went back, they refused to give me my missing items, continuously claiming that they bagged them. Then I had to purchase another burger and it came out cold. Don’t come to this Burger King, horrible service that can’t handle feedback.

Food is usually good, no errors or issues. I always go through the drive thru just before 5, the wait is always ridiculous. My last visit, there were 2 cars in front of me, both drove off because no one took their orders. I still waited 15 minutes before telling them I had a mobile order. They need to get themselves organized

Went inside to order food. There were 3 employees. They got my sandwich wrong. Went to counter and asked for a remake. Female worker gave my sandwich to grill worker. Grill worker grabbed sandwich. Watched employee slam dunk my burger into trash, then realize he needed the sticker to remake it. Without hesitation or taking gloves off he reached directly into trash to pull the sticker off wrapper. Then proceeded to reach into meat trays and try to keep making my food without using any utensils. I watched this ENTIRE thing unfold and had to yell out behind the counter to the manger to stop that immediately. The guy working grill became animated and belligerent. The female worker told him to go home and he was going to be written up; all he did was call her foul names, yell, and swear. I refused a refund and a remake of my sandwich when Mike came out to conversate to me, the asst. manager who said he came to cover from Westnedge store. If you cannot handle putting bacon and 1 extra patty on my sandwich and then go full swing aggressive over me calling you out on violating health and food safety laws, then be my guess. I am done eating at this establishment or anywhere their grill worker is employed. If my wife gets sick due to that specific employee, I will handle him personally.

Men's bathroom dirty. A lot of the dining room tables were dirty, and we were only one there. Food taste ok.

Terrible experience. Ordered a double IMPOSSIBLE whopper. For some reason they thought that that meant one impossible patty and one beef patty. Took a bite and swallowed before I realized, I’m absolutely disgusted. I can’t even begin to comprehend how a mistake like that is made. I ordered on the BK app and there is literally no way to file a complaint for a refund because the submit button does not work.

Employees here are always so friendly and everybody seems to be working hard because I always get my food fast and my order is correct.

The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because Burger King prices are getting more expensive while the burgers get smaller. The 3 whopper jrs for $7 is a good deal, but any of the meals are way too expensive.

DO NOT PLACE DOORDASH ORDERS HERE- if the store is out of stock on any item on your order they will REFUSE to make it and waste your drivers time and make you cancel the order and re-order without that item. The management here is clueless on how DoorDash works and the store employees are rude.

Went this morning for breakfast, had to sit in the line for 15 minutes, because their mics were out from the storm and I fault myself because I should have went inside, it was several cars there before me waiting for them to take orders at the window. Patiently waiting, just to be told at 1030 on the dot they were no longer serving breakfast. Meanwhile me and one vehicle ahead of me had to wait 15 minutes for them to service the two vehicles. One would assume they had things cooked and ready, almost felt like they went slow on purpose.
