Food was great as always, but service was lacking, first No greeting at window at all handed drinks without a word, a few minutes later came back and said pull by the can. Waited over 19 minutes for a app preorder. Employee that brought food out was friendly.

I went to BK for some comfort food after a rough day and the drive through attendant was super friendly from the get go and she even offered us crowns with our meal. Made my day and cheered me up. Thank you miss burger king I needed that 100/10

I believe this is probably one of the better Burger Kings’ in Kalamazoo. Anyone know a better one? Just like with most fast food restaurants, depending on the time I go, the quality in food may shift up or down a few points on the Fresh/Flavor scale. The quality to me has always been 7.9 out of 10 or higher. If there is one complaint, and idk if this only happens to me…but for some reason, I keep getting shorted on the bacon. To me, bacon is the best part of a burger. I will forgo a burger if there is no bacon on it. It has happened so many times, I kinda snapped at one of the guys working the drive through one day when my order didn’t have any bacon on it again. It definitely was not his fault and I publicly apologize. Anyways, I refused the burger and was given a refund. I just want bacon equality amongst all whoopers. I went to drive through today (12/23/24) around 1PM. Before pulling off, my brother suggested I check my sandwich for bacon because his bacon senses were tingling or something. Long story short…The lady was nice enough to hand me some more bacon ya’ll Lol. I understand it’s the same difference, but to me, there is a difference between a bacon and cheese whopper, and a whopper that was made regularly and then someone added bacon and/or cheese after it was done. I still like this location.

The wopper was cold and the bun crumbling. Pickle fries and coke zero were allowed to order on the app but the location does not have.
Update: I did contact Burger king support through the App and my meal was refunded.

For the earth of me, I don’t understand why people pass out food they wouldn’t eat! Gave Me an entirely cold whopper! And it’s something they wouldn’t eat!!! So why they pass it off to a paying customer! It’s very frustrating!

Waited almost 10 minutes with an empty burgerking. 3 employees including manager outside smoking. One person took my order and then had to make my fries. Then just ignored me until I said what's the hold up.

After a visit to the doctors office, my family went to this Burger King, the service was poor. The person taking orders was giving a lot of attitude. They gave us our food and they did not give us the right burgers (ordered an impossible burger, got an actual burger) with people in my family having dietary constraints we needed an impossible burger. When we went back around a larger man (with something to prove) came to the window with attitude and rejected giving us the right food. Poor service, poor execution, and obviously poorly managed.
Thought I would give Burger King a try for a change. The burger was big and had a lot more flavour than McDonald's. Made a nice change
