I’m a bit frustrated, I spent $40 on two meal and some chicken nuggs. I got home and BOTH sandwiches were incorrect. One whopper had a ton of mustard and TONS of jalapeños. I ordered a basic bacon whopper. Didn’t expect my mouth to be steaming. The other whopper had barely any lettuce and no tomato. I asked for no pickle and there was such. I’m frustrated as I payed a hefty price for two meals that were so wrong. The lady was very pleasant. They did pull us forward but we didn’t wait to long. I was exited for a good whopper but it wasn’t. :((

Horrible customer service! Guy kept asking if that was all, didnt get a thank you have a nice day and didn't even give us a receipt! Fries were stale and cold as well!
Had to take My Entire Order Back. Food Was Raw and I Couldn't Identify What it Was. Manager Was Great in The Phone and Had No Problem With Replacing/Refunding My Money.

Bennett Management! You need to talk to your people! While the guy who was working on the line was doing his best, we got cold old hash browns. Our order took 20 minutes to get taken because your opening manager disappeared when it started to get busy to go do prep! I was a shift lead at spy run in Fort Wayne and they should not have had a line or a drive thru time of 1:40. Please help your people! Either train better or get better employees! The second manager to arrive today came in clocked in and got orders handed out and helped where they needed it! Get more like her! 10/07/23 9:30am

Ordered lunch at 230pm on 9/11. Ordered a meal with chicken fingers and a value fry. They told me to pull up, waited about 7 mins. They forgot half of my order. I drove back thru the drive thru to be met with disgruntled, incompetent employees. I didn't think it was that hard to decipher how many fries were ordered until I watched these two employees gaze blankly at the overhead screen. So after a couple more minutes I had the other half of my order. Then I go to eat my meal and feed my children to find the coldest fries I've ever been served and missing half of the chicken fries I ordered. I would've just let it go and went on about my day but the one employee acted annoyed by me wanting him to give me what I paid for. This is all coming from someone who worked in the fast food industry as a teenager and normally don't complain because of that but in this case I made an exception. Won't be going to any other BKs for a long while if ever. ✌️
