If I could leave zero starts I would. Truly baffled at how rude and unprofessional the workers are at this place. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for the food but you get attitude when THEY mess up the order and you ask them to fix it. Im noticing most of the fast food over on gull road are pathetic.

If you're in the drive through line the roof drips into your driver side window, it's unbelievably stupid.
I showed up to pick up a mobile order 15 minutes before the doors open, but the restaurant was fully opened and the doors were unlocked, so I walked inside to pick up my order. The little old lady working food preparation and the clueless kid at the register looked at me like I was a Houdini master, he then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I had to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order because the lobby was closed and he couldn't hand it to me without me going through the drive-thru, so to receive my order I was then forced to sit in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes while my already ready order got cold

Ordered via instacart/Uber eats because the family wanted BK fries. Received my 2 bags sealed with 2 lg fries, a md fry, and a lg havsies and all sauces missing. I dont know why I thought maybe this location could get the order right this time when almost every drive thru order has been a disaster as well.

This is the only place close that is open 24 hours but the late night service isn't great. The last 3 times I have used the Gull Road, Kalamazoo location after 10pm, I have had my order made incorrectly, waited too long in line. The food also tasted old despite the waiting and looked terrible. Ordered a double cheeseburger only pickles and got a regular single cheeseburger. Ordered cheese on my Whopper no picklè and got a regular Whopper. Fries and onion rings were soggy.every visit. Another order for a double cheese burger was su00pposed to be mayo, lettuce, and onion only and I got a sandwich smothered in tons of mayo, I had asked for regular, it had one peice of an onion, and a one inch square piece of lettuce floating in the mayo. It wasn't wrong but was unappatizing! Service was ok.

25 minute wait in car line, not the first time. Cold hard cheese burgers, And a homeless and drugged up man walking in between my suv and drive thru window to grab change off ground to then bend over in front of my veichal seemingly touching his feet and stayed like that for minutes?? Ughh no. Just noooo. Employee was very nice though.

Restaurants are empty these days, but even when empty customer service is pretty bad. The food took way to long to prepare and when we got it, it was not hot. A 20 minute wait for fast food is to long. Have it your way is a thing of the past unfortunately.

I sat in the drive threw for over 30 mins waiting for my food very very very under staffed if you are that understaffed you need to close this is not fast food at all and the service is horrible and the food wasn't even hot like make it make sense but yet they want to be paid more for what if I may ask to treat ppl with no respect and have them waiting 30 plus mins for food 🤔 I think not

I recently went in to use my bk rewards and they were very helpful showing me how to use them I placed my order and after getting in my car with my order I noticed the hash browns were not warm and my burrito jr was a mess in the wrapper with sauce and barely wrapped I threw it out but their customer service was great food was trash I will be going to the Westnedge location

Ordered online. Two cars ahead of me when I arrived—took 20 minutes before I pulled out of line to go inside—doors were locked. Received COLD food. Not even slightly warm. CLOSE if you can’t function as a restaurant serving FOOD SAFE items. There were four people working inside, I can’t imagine why they couldn’t have figured out a system. Seemed like plenty of workers considering the traffic I saw!

According to my receipt, I was assisted by Lukas. I was actually assisted by the two loveliest humans in the entire universe- I believe his fiance? Anyway, I spent the whole ride home giddy because that kind of genuine kindness cannot be faked. I don't believe that the era of customer service is dead, but I do believe it can be hard to maintain in a really busy work environment unendingly.
Genuinely, such a great experience, I guess I'm gonna eat more BK now??? I didn't choose the BK life, it chose me. :)

I ordered two Whopper meals and two shakes in my hamburger bun was totally burnt and they told me there was nothing that they could do without me bringing the receipt and even if I had it delivered to my house and I ordered it 9:30 at night I could totally smell it it was totally charred and burnt and all I wishes they would have made it right

Had to wait for our meal for 20 minutes inside. Saw our sandwiches setting there and fries were done. Ask the girl if we could get our meal and she replied real nasty, it is almost here, I said, so is Christmas. She got mad and tossed our fries all over the tray. They were to busy talking among themselves and cutting up to wait on customers. Will not go back until these kids are fired. Fries were hot but sandwiches were almost cold.
