The staff is awesome. It is always clean inside and the staff works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and got what they ordered. The store specials are always cheap and high quality. The employees deserve raises. They always work very hard every time I have been there.

25 minutes from order to payment still don't have food (now 30 minutes still no food). We ordered three burgers and a chicken fry. There were two cars in front of us. Plenty of staff. One spent 15 minutes talking to someone in the drive thru. Other is inside texting on her phone. Two patrons inside the restaurant. Multiple cars leaving the drive thru line. Seriously!? The entire staff including the manager on duty should be fired!
On the upswing from last year. Always seems way too busy considering nearby options. Food is 50/50 good or bad. Expect a long wait even in an empty line.
Absolutely horrendous drive through experience. Something out of a nightmare. Do not use the drive through. You will be waiting upwards of 30 minutes. You're better off going literally anywhere else on gull road if you want something fast.
I made the mistake of paying through the app so I was trapped. I don't know what the issue is but the drive through takes eons.
