I used C&M Catering at a former job years ago, and recently had the opportunity to have them prepare lunch for a sales meeting - holy cow, the food was just as amazing as I remembered! Carol and her staff are always so friendly, and delivery is made on time which is a must when you're feeding 40 hungry people. I'm so glad I can use C&M Catering for our monthly sales meetings, and would most definitely recommend their services!

We recently went for a tasting to try food for our upcoming wedding. The staff was very nice but the food was poor quality. For a corporate luncheon where they are literally putting together sandwiches, as the other reviewers described, I think they would be fine. However, this is not acceptable quality for a formal event such as a wedding where they actually have to cook. I honestly still cannot wrap my head around how they have so many locations. All of the food we tried tasted steamed and unflavored. The only flavor on any of the meat actually came from the sauce the meat was smothered in. The glaze on the salmon was sugary and the ribs were watery (not sure how that happens), tough to cut, and covered with a horrible tangy bbq sauce. We've been to a handful of tastings and this was the only tasting that I wanted to leave in the middle of because the food was so bad and also the only tasting the chef never came out to introduce themselves. My 14 year old cousin could have done a better job.....in fact, It may have been a teenager cooking for all we know. They truly are super nice people but I could never recommend them to anyone who would be paying thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and order pizza instead.

I was responsible for a work luncheon and C & M catering delivered! The ease of ordering, answering questions, professional delivery and setup up all exceeded my expectations. Not to be out done by the food, the food was amazing! I am shocked that this company doesn't have more reviews and will certainly be using them in the future.

Carol and her team prepared for 100 guests an outstanding drop-off catering brunch over the Memorial Day weekend. The food was delicious, served up in chafing dish trays that were placed in chafing dishes that we rented from another company. Everything - from creating the menu that catered to the various dietary needs of our guests to payment/billing - was simply a delight. I so recommend C & M Catering. They are just wonderful!
