Compared to Matchhead or Factory, it’s smaller and costs more. Croissant and mocha were okay, but prices are kinda wild. feels like you’re payin sitdown restaurant money for a quick bite. Not terrible, just not my goto. If I’m already nearby, maybe. Otherwise, I’ll stick with the usual spots.

I want to admit that this Cafe is not intended for someone like me. I ordered a medium coffee and a shot of espresso, while my wife ordered a frozen chai and a turkey croissant sandwich.
The coffee was nothing to write about, just a plain coffee that's like other chains in the area
The espresso, was burnt and roasty, I would never come here for espresso.
I think for the price it seems to be a bit overpriced for what I would have liked.
Personally, I feel like the baked goods might be a highlight here, but as I didn't have any food I can't make any judgement.
The seating feels outdated, I would have liked to have more comfortable seating so that if I ever wanted to study here I could.
This is a good shop even though i don't fit within the target audience. I think this is a good replacement if you were looking for a Starbucks/Dunkins with a more homey appeal.

Stopped by for coffee and a light bite and really enjoyed the cozy, natural vibe of this place. I tried the espresso and cappuccino — the coffee was strong and a bit on the burnt side, so it might be perfect if you like bold, intense flavors. I also ordered the turkey croissant and that was definitely a highlight, really tasty and well made. Overall, a comfortable spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. Would come back, especially for the food and the cozy feel.

Stopped for lunch on a roadtrip from London, Canada to Chicago. Very good food and super friendly service. It’s located on a cute street with lots of shops!

Definitely cute! And customer service was great. Just much too expensive for what you get, plus the bacon they use is very fatty, low quality bacon bits. I was expecting real slices on a club. Had to scrape off the bacon but otherwise it was very yummy! If you don't care about price this is a cute place to stop for a quick bite. Not the place to sit down and do some work though, the seats are pretty uncomfy

Started coming every week when the school semester started, I do not regret trying them that first time! The food is always on point and the coffee is better than large chains in my opinion!

I had a meeting with a colleague at Caffe Casa, on the Kalamazoo Mall, and loved the vibe. Owner Kathy Beebe's Pumpkin Spice cake was dangerously delicious. If you're lucky, she's baking more this morning because I bought the last two slices to bring home to have with this morning's coffee.

My favorite spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. Great coffee, phenomenal baked goods, and the real kicker… my dog’s favorite spot to get a treat and relax. Kathy and all of the staff are wonderful, and the regulars who attend are kind. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cafe. Terrific coffee. Super vibe. We stopped in town for a short time. Cafe was recommended by a woman working at the souvenir shop down the street. Really wonderful local biz. Highly recommend this cafe!

I've visited a few times while traveling, and it’s definitely my go to spot. The pastries are delicious, and the atmosphere is great for both business and casual hangouts. While everything is close to perfect, if you prefer a stronger Americano or latte, I recommend asking for an extra shot of espresso.
