Every aspect of this shop is wonderful!! The lush plant filled interior, the house made baked goods and syrups, the creative specials- I don’t often have the opportunity to come by, but I am never disappointed when I find myself at Caffè Casa. The warm interactions with the shop’s owner, Kathy, are just the beautiful cherry on top of everything this coffee shop has to offer. Truly one of the jewels of Kalamazoo, and well worth the visit. I hope to be back soon ?

Amazing coffee!! As a coffee snob I’m always nervous trying new places, but this is the best coffee I’ve had in Kalamazoo, hands down. You have to try their honey lavender lattes, one of the best I’ve had of anywhere with their house-made syrup. Very friendly team and cafe owner working at the register. Perfectly located too with all of the downtown shops being conveniently close.
We will definitely be back!!

Caffe Casa has been a place our family has enjoyed and been patrons of for over 30 years. We consider the owners family as well as the many staff people who have worked there throughout the years as well as the most recent staff now.
Great coffee, delicious chocolate croissants and much, much more.

So, they have a second-hand upright piano and while it says you are welcome to play it, that couldn't be further from the truth. Their Bible-thumping regulars will tell you to knock it off and once they leave, the staff will prompt you to stop and then proceed to play this awful folksy-pop music, much louder than you were playing. Yeah, no. Just no. It's a cool idea to have a café that promotes artists, but it's just an idea, not a practice. You've gotta walk the walk if you're gonna talk the talk. Period.
