I don't make it downtown often but every time I do, I go to Cafe Casa. I love their homemade lavender syrups in the drinks! Amazing! This is my absolute favorite coffee place to stop when in downtown Kalamazoo. It's located right on the Kalamazoo Mall next to fun shops and Climb Kzoo. I love hanging out here while my kids are at a climbing camp, or stopping in for one of their delicious ice coffees, espressos, or smoothies before we head back home. Every aspect of this shop is wonderful!! The lush plant filled interior, the house made baked goods and syrups, the creative specials- I don’t often have the opportunity to come by, but I am never disappointed when I find myself at Caffè Casa. The warm interactions with the shop’s owner, Kathy, are just the beautiful cherry on top of everything this coffee shop has to offer. Truly one of the jewels of Kalamazoo, and well worth the visit. I hope to be back soon ?
