Definitely cute! And customer service was great. Just much too expensive for what you get, plus the bacon they use is very fatty, low quality bacon bits. I was expecting real slices on a club. Had to scrape off the bacon but otherwise it was very yummy! If you don't care about price this is a cute place to stop for a quick bite. Not the place to sit down and do some work though, the seats are pretty uncomfy
Started coming every week when the school semester started, I do not regret trying them that first time! The food is always on point and the coffee is better than large chains in my opinion!
I had a meeting with a colleague at Caffe Casa, on the Kalamazoo Mall, and loved the vibe. Owner Kathy Beebe's Pumpkin Spice cake was dangerously delicious. If you're lucky, she's baking more this morning because I bought the last two slices to bring home to have with this morning's coffee.
