Started off on a bit of a sour note as the cashier was not very polite or accommodating in any way. I ended up getting an order of falafel and fries and was refused the breakfast wrap ( I can understand as it was later in the day, however it is listed on the regular menu with no notice of restrictions of time for listed breakfast items) falafel was unfortunately some of the worst I've had. my partner ordered the shawarma and lentil soup to share with the toddler. Lentil soup was bland and no better than what you can expect from a can and the shawarma wrap was not much better either, ended up coming out with random changes from what was on the menu by no request of our own, came with added falafel, added lettuce, and no onions. Fountain drinks tasted off as well. I was hopeful going in as a few friends said they have had a good experience here and enjoyed the food but unfortunately I can not say the same. I would recommend staying away, the food is okay at best, most definitely not worth the price. In response to the owner, I'm not seeking to bash you or your restaurant but this is an accurate representation of my experience at your establishment. The food was not prepared as described in the menu or requested to be altered in any way other than asking for no cheese on the wrap. As well your cashier did make the claim that you are serving halal foods when asked. It is very possible we came at a time where there were newer, under trained staff and I can understand that. I'm willing to bump to a two star as I was frustrated when writing initially but I do stand by my review and believe others should be wary if you aren't properly training and educating staff.Dietary restrictions: Cashier claimed they are serving halal meats
I really like this place. Our family eats

Amazing food - the only downside is they can get pretty busy at lunch time so ordering ahead might be a good idea.

Great wraps and soup, don't forget the cauliflower bites!
Customer service is GREAT. Staff are helpful and wonderful. Small, but lots of personality and the food is fresh and made from scratch. Very clean. I highly recommend the Chicken Schwarma Wrap and a Strwberry Mango. OMG. This is my first Mediterranean meal ever in life and I am 40. The experience and quality of food will be unforgettable.Parking: Parking is in an alley behind the place. Limited spaces. But secure.

Some of the best fries I have ever had are located here. A large variety of what you can get, including vegetarian options. My favorite is the falafel wrap. Catered from here for an event and they were super easy to work with. Great location for lunch or dinner and very filling.
I w spent a lot of time in the Middle East so I’m familiar with the Mint lemonade flavor. I’ve had it in Cairo as well. This version did not meet expectations. Hardly any mint flavor and the lemon peel was overbearing. Highly recommend peeling lemons before juicing.
Food was amazing! Service was a little slow but everyone was so friendly and I always enjoy. Being able to see my food being made.
Passing through and was craving street meat; this place is absolutely incredible and the fries have a lovely unique seasoning on them that I haven’t had
Food was great! Will definitely be coming back just for the breaded chicken wrap! Also tried cream cheese stuffed falafel and french fries! Both were great! We really liked the lemon flavor on the fries.

Great place for dinner! We had the lentil soup and the cairos feast along with their fries. Everything was delicious and it is a great spot for households that have both vegetarian and non vegetarians!
Koshary, shatta and a mint lemonade made this a delicious stopover in Kalamazoo. Very veg friendly
