Wonderful food with excellent caring staff and plenty of vegan option that were very good. Definitely a place to try as I know we will certainly be back!

I ordered from here this evening to go. unfortunately the food was cold and tasted of Styrofoam from the containers. The pretzel hard as a rock with no sauce for dipping. I've been looking forward to try food from here after all the rant and rave, but unfortunately was not impressed. This doesn't mean I won't be trying again in the future. For now though sad to say I had to pitch the food. I am glad everyone else enjoyed the food though!

The food was amazing! We ordered the rouladen, cabbage roll, pierogi, spaetzle, sauerkraut, beer cheese soup, and potato salad. The staff is so attentive and helpful in recommending menu items. 10/0 would come back here!

Wish we could review the food but waiting for nearly an hour for our food was out of the question. After waiting that long we left some cash on the table for our sodas and left. Our server wasn't very friendly and after taking our order and delivering our drinks we never saw him again. We had to seek out someone for a refill. It was pretty disappointing. The hostess was very sweet though.

Wonderful experience last night. I loved in Germany for 15 years and the food was spot on from what I am used to. Excellent service too ! Can't wait to try more on the menu !

Traveled in from out of town, pretty late and hungry. Both me and my colleagues dishes were amazing. Beer options were plentiful and delicious. We got busy chatting and stayed past closed. No one said a thing. Hate to be that guy, but they were so friendly and professional. Would definitely come back when back in town!

This is a COVID era review, so I understand understaffing and wait times. I stopped in for dinner and there 5 tables of customers. One waiter was trying his best to keep up. I settle for the Jager Schnitzel, sauerkraut, cucumber salad and German potato salad. After a fair wait to order, the food came quickly. The schnitzel was okay. Because of the juniper berries the kraut had a funny taste, I did not like. The potato salad lacked a vinegar taste, just cut up spuds. The Cuke salad was bland too. I might go back, I know COVID has effected them. To enter I over shot the drive and had to come into the back of the strip mall. Plenty of parking once you find the place.

The food was really bad here. Tried it for the first time. Ordered the meatloaf. It was dry and hard around the edges. Also ordered the pork schnitzel . It was hard to cut and so dry that I asked for some gravy to add some flavor and softness to it. The spaetzle was tasteless. Also came with 2 cabbage rolls that were over cooked and black on the bottoms. Spent a lot of money for a horrible meal. We won’t be returning.

Big disappointment. Nothing was fresh made. Perogies, potato pancakes, and sausages were stale, probably microwaved. $40 for two people, I expected better quality. Will not go back.

The service was almost non existent. She took our orders - didn't have what we wanted - and then when the food was brought it lacked taste. During the 1 1/2 hours there with good friends, the waitress never came back to our table once. We never got a bill and had to go to a desk to pay. I'm sorry I had to rate this dump so highly and will ( never ) go back .

So happy I found this place. The schnitzel was amazing; tender, crisp, and flavorful. I had one piece with Hollander and let me just tell you, do yourself a favor and try it. It’s a creamy, thick, buttermilk based sauce and asparagus stalks to top your schnitzel and it’s AMAZING. I had the red cabbage and gerken salat as sides and both were delicious. The gerken salat is simply cucumber, onion, dill, and vinegar but it’s so fresh and flavorful. My companion had Pete’s special meatloaf with speatzle and sauerkraut and he enjoyed it all. I tasted the sides and they were delicious as well. They offer schnitzel in pork, chicken, fish, and mushroom. I was in the mood for pork but next time I’ll definitely try the mushroom. I ordered the 3 piece dinner knowing full well I’d only be able to eat one, but the other 2 will serve nicely for tomorrow’s lunch and it only added $4 to my dinner. Totally worth it. The atmosphere os relaxing and the service was great. I’ll definitely check it out again when I’m in the area.

Holy YUM! The food was on POINT! SO good. When we visited, there was live music, which was awesome. The staff is very friendly. Not too busy. The lead cook/chef also does/sells watercolor paintings, which are just beautiful and unique! There was also local-made jewelry and post- and greeting cardsAbsolutely plan to go again and again. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
