I will never eat here, there was at least 5 people standing around laughing and touching every thing with gloves on. We waited for over 10 minutes. The employee that took my other wasn't friendly, no apology for long wait. There was no other customers, so I'm confused on how why it took so long and we didn't get whole order. I don't feel like In order to do a review you have to give a star.

I have no idea how they are still open, almost 40 minutes for a few cheese burgers is insane then when they hand it out its wrong.. Just stay far away its not worth it.

Actually went there twice a few days apart and had a large loaded fries the first time then a large loaded parmesian loaded fries the 2nd time but had i not gone the 2nd time id have never known the first time I was actually given a small because the 2nd time was 3 times larger. Tasted alright both times though.

Worst experience ever. Got trapped in the drive thru line for close to an hour. There’s nowhere to go once you’re stuck in the line. The employees were blatantly just messing around with their friends on a Friday night. When the line finally moved I’m pretty sure everyone just left without getting to place an order.

So this is my go to place. I get the same 4 items everytime. Baconzilla, double spicy chicken, double mushroom swiss and a chili dog. They recently updated their app and its the only time ive had issues. Double spicy was missing ingredients, and was only a single(so I was charged more for less, also missing stuff), chili dog had ketchup when requested for it to be off. Baconzilla had onions added, missing. After this app update I had to redo everything, while having issues. New app update is trash. I could SAVE my orders/options, now I have to do it everytime, which is a problem for both customers and stores. Corporate, you suck, all my issues are likely your fault, the store before the update, see you weekly 😘

Mannn my family and I drive for over an hour to Kalamazoo just for checkers, I'm telling you this place never misses! The staff are a always kind and polite! My food is always fresh, DO YOU HEAR ME?!! ALWAYS FRESH! I spend a little over a $100 bucks everytime we go cuz I have a family of 6 but baby it's worth every penny! Please if you haven't been this specific one please go! They never Miss!

Wow! The people really are always nice! The lady at the recording is actually kind of convenient. The food is always fresh, who knew their burgers were so good? The bacon bbq bufford, and glorilla bbq burger was impressive. Got a lot of stuff for cheap. Prob cheapest fast food around. I will be back
