SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN downtown Kalamazoo, MI. Called Manager and explained, offered to send pictures of the raw food they served my kids and (Lacey) said she would call me back because the drive thru was to busy. That call never came. Called the Kalamazoo Health Department for Food Safety and filed a complaint and forwarded to my Attorney for review in the event my children get sick or worse. Disgusting establishment that doesn’t care about trying to kill their customers by serving raw food. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

It's always hot fresh and amazing!!! One of my favorite locations!
The man who took our order was polite and efficient however the quality stopped there. When I opened my food there was a large black thick hair that looked to be a beard hair wrapped up in burger. Meaning someone cooking the food was not wearing the proper attire to be handling food. We went to return our whole order because if one is tainted then there is a high likelihood that the rest is contaminated too. Proper hygiene and cleanliness at a food establishment is extremely important to insure product quality.
