The man who took our order was polite and efficient however the quality stopped there. When I opened my food there was a large black thick hair that looked to be a beard hair wrapped up in burger. Meaning someone cooking the food was not wearing the proper attire to be handling food. We went to return our whole order because if one is tainted then there is a high likelihood that the rest is contaminated too. Proper hygiene and cleanliness at a food establishment is extremely important to insure product quality.

The one on the one on Drake was not bad service but they took forever just for me to get the elephant ear Fry's but they were really good so I guess the quality made up for the time I had to wait other than that it was all good

The food was excellent. It was fresh, hot, and fast. My only complaint is the use of AI for the drive thru. It's not great and it is pretty slow. It doesn't understand when you say your whole meal at once and will ask you for the size and drink separately. It also doesn't understand when you say a large meal and will still sometimes give you a large fry with small drink or vice versa. Other than that, pretty good.
