Raw chicken and was told to eat it or throw it away, rude. No milkshakes but employee was sipping on one in the dining room?! Dining room trashed, bathroom actually had feces on the floor?! No my “my pleasure.” What’s going on with the quality of the chic fil a I used to know… This isn’t all on one trip but I’ve accumulated all my experiences and everyone should know how horrible this location is!

The WORST Chic-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. It gives cheap, cut corners, unprofessional, racist. The Manager and his lil boyfriend(the princess bringing orders to cars)showed their true colors last time I visited THIS location(about a year now). It wouldn’t had cost them ANYTHING to make my salad the way I asked, I had already paid for the extras(blue cheese). Had to drive there twice for ONE salad and was met w rudeness and a foul attitude(like I effed up their order) When I visit Kzoo I’m usually staying on the west side but I’ll drive to the Portage location to get the true Chic-fil-A experience(cause even if that’s how they feel, they are professional enough to keep it to themselves or at least till the customer has left)

My daughter and I both have food allergies and require gluten free buns and was informed how they prepare. So many thanks to the Woman at the counter that took our order and helped us because this was a first for myself and daughter. Great service, great food and the best help from the nice Lady. Thanks again and looking forward to coming back again soon.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns are available and taste better than average.
Have tried to get breakfast here a few times recently and well, i still haven't got it because after sitting in the dive thru for 13 minutes waiting on 2 cars in front of me and hearing the person taking the order apologize more times that i could count, i had to leave or i'd have been late for work. This isn't fast food, this is slow food you'll need 20 minutes to get if you aren't first in line food.
Oh, and when i left the very first car in line had pulled over and was still waiting on their order...
Ordered a large fry and he wrong up a small fry got our food then they tell me I need to pay the difference in the fry. That’s not my mistake that’s your cashiers mistake and I’m not sliding my card again for your cashiers mistake. What happen to customer satisfaction……. Will not return to this location again………

The manager of this Chik Fil A was shooing and rushing first responders to “keep their drive through moving” when a woman was having a medical emergency last week, Dec 4th. She ended up passing away right there with her daughter present. Despicable behavior that warrants job removal and major public shame.

We love chickfila and order almost every Friday at the Westnege location. The two times we've been to the Westmain location the customer service has been horrible. The first time the dinning area cleaner approached me ( after my husband went to the bathroom) and yelled at me and my child because he was touching the windows and demanded I clean the windows before we leave.( I planned on doing it anyways) I felt very uncomfortable after that interaction, but just chalked it up to him having a bad day. Today we went in and hasn't even sat down when we were approached by a worker telling us their was water In the Vases and not to let our child touch the flowers. ( we never do) I scooted them to the side and she came around and removed the flowers without a word. It left a bad taste in our mouths for this location. I never leave reviews but we've had bad service twice now with the workers automatically assuming our 4 year old son was going to wreck the restaurant. Have caution if you have kids and want to eat here.
