I was greeted and welcomed once I walked right through that door! I ordered for dine in and let me tell you the Manager here (kind beautiful black woman) is over the top the most respectful kind funny and energetic person you can ever meet! She’s patient and make sure her customers are happy. She makes this job her top priority and I love that for her. May god bless her always, I hope she gets a raise!

I love chick-fil-A ! My favorite meal is the Coob salad they make, and I also like there chicken strips. They are kind, polite, and quick and straight to business about their food. I stopped by and got my favorite salad today even. Thank you for the great service.

I won’t ever come back to this location at night time. This location closes at 10 but being kicked out at a specific time way before 10 is absolutely ridiculous and trying to feed my children and scarf down an almost 40 dollar meal in 15 mins. I’ll just go to Portage location next time.
They are now pre-making food unfortunately. Went in with my son yesterday and it was the first time I got food before we could even sit down. Nothing was hot. Talked to Sydney the manager and she explained they are trying something new to keep up with mobile orders. We're gonna try something new ourselves. When you prioritize speed over quality you lose customers. Some people are willing to wait for fresh food. She should have offered to make it fresh. She made it clear she's fine with mediocrity. I'm not.
