Ordered orange chicken and I found bones in the chicken. Rice was undercooked. Soup was good. Food was on time-ish. Cashier was very rude.

Food was hot and looked great upon arrival, although the portions were small for the price. No sauce came with The crab Rangoon, as I am accustomed to. The person that bagged the general tsos chicken, forgot to give me chopsticks and napkins, or a fortune cookie. Food tasted great going down, but I am in pain while it is coming back out! I have been stuck on the toilet all day since eating this food. I am not sure what is causing me to have such a harsh reaction, but I will not return or recommend others to this establishment.

I attend western Michigan university and I've been going to campus wok my entire college. But they have been lackluster in food recently and I've switched over to China kitchen. Best decision of my life! Food was on time and delicious.

The woman at the counter is very rude. she stopped giving me a fortune cookie with my order and when I asked her, she gives me a dirty look and this attitude problem. Eating inside this place is kind of a joke. There's usually a family member sleeping at one of the tables. The food is decent and that's the only thing going for this hole in the wall.

I placed an order for delivery. The food arrived hot and quickly, but unfortunately the chicken in the dish was old. It had that taste that chicken gets when cooked and stored in a refrigerator for a couple days. I phoned them and was told to bring it in. Kind of defeated the purpose of take out, but I figured I might like it fresh. Long story short, they served me same old chicken and then argued with me that it was fresh. I watched her get it out of a big bag of old cooked chicken! I calmly explained that it still taste like 2 day old chicken and that it is not fresh. I asked her to taste it. She refused. She told me that no one else had complained. Apparently the customer is not always correct here. If you want food fast, they can hook you up because they are reheating left overs, but I don't plan on ever going back.

I placed a order with this place and when my food got here it was disgusting, I called to see about having them replace my order and the woman was very rude and very unprofessional... she kept hanging up on me before yelling at me to call grubhub. Long story short, the food was nasty and the service was the most nastiest and unprofessional I've ever seen before. I did get my money back due to canceling my payment thru my debit card!!

My husband only eats Chinese food from here and he is a picky one to please. We live about 10 minutes from China Kitchen and they had food delivered to our apartment within 22 minutes of ordering on a Friday night at 9:30 pm! It was hot as can be in a warm paper bag like it just got off the stove. We are loyal customers, we love the lo mein & appetizers. They're awesome! :)
