Brandon is an excellent general manager with such great staff. They go above for the customers of this chipotle. The food is always great and they’re always so kind and helpful, as well as patient even when this location is always busy. Definitely recommend this location!

I love Chipotle. This location felt like a bunch of high schoolers screwing around without supervision. Food everywhere, aluminum foil, everywhere, burritos, thrown on top. The young men were very handsome, and very nice, however, they got all four of my orders messed up. I told them, I could not have ANYTHING spicy. All 4 of them were. Anyways. Clean up your mess, Chipotle!

Lemonade ordered, was empty on arrival. Root beer is out of syrup, got home to fizzy carbonated tart air. Same with sprite. My bowl isn't the one I ordered and was charged for, I have someone else's bowl.
This isn't common for this location, but it is really not great at all.

Just went in to get a steak bowl and I got 5 pieces of steak. The guy serving had a scale in front of him but instead just put half a scoop in there. To pay 11 bucks is unreal. It used to be worth it, but now absolutely not.

Why is it that EVERYTIME I COME TO EITHER CHIPOTLE they literally never have every menu item. No cheese, no guac, no steak and or chicken. It’s unreal. And it’s quite literally everytime I come here. I just came into the one on west main and they don’t even have shredded cheese. Shredded cheese is the BARE MINIMUM!!! That’s insane. I won’t be coming back. They’re always soooo disappointing.

Chipotle is starting to be disgusting like McDonald's... frying their chips in dirty grease. Do better.
I love chipotle but this was the nastiest one I have been in the counter where you pay had lettuce & broken chips on it and the cashier he never wiped it off , all the tables had crumbs on them , the garbage cans by the door were overflowing with garbage and some part of the food was really really salty almost couldn’t eat it so I do not recommend this one .. someone needs to come in and clean the place up !

Everything else was fine, very good, but the stick was a little raw. If you cook it a little more, it could turn into butter. But the stick was very raw and I had a hard time eating it. Everything else was fine.

The food tasted good and the workers were pleasant, but there was food all over the counter, none of the tables were wiped clean, and the trash cans were seriously stuffed to overflowing. Also no toilet paper in the bathroom. Don’t know if they were short staffed but they need some help!

Caution if ordering…Not nearly enough protein to feed my 15 people for lunch. Manager refused to send more protein and I spent $360. Customer service was no help. Unfortunately, will never use again.
