Friends and I (7 in total) stopped in for a late night treat after dinner at Main Street Pub on 11/24, the two workers there absolutely killed it! Everything came out quickly, they were very friendly, and very tasty - keep up the great work!

The ice cream is so good and the choices are endless, but the workers aren’t very friendly. Went 2 hours before close and there were 3 teenage girls working and I barely got acknowledged when I walked in, was rushed the entire time, and the tone of voice they used was not friendly whatsoever. I get customer service is hard but maybe learn to be kind.

The ice cream is always good, good service, I just think the prices are too much. I just spend +30 on 3 smaller sized ice creams. I think that's a bit much.

Ordered online. Went to pick up. Wasn’t even acknowledged. Like 15 minutes later they figured out I had an online order. The kid said oh sorry I’ll make it right now, then didn’t. Also said the order “just came in”. But everyone that walked in and got in line got theirs before me when I ordered ahead of time. How does that work?

First of all, they always have the best flavors in town. never can go wrong with the chocolate cake better. As a former employee for cold stone, I’m always impressed with this location. The atmosphere is always spot on clean and the employees there are supposed to be there. they are good with people. The gentleman who helped me recently, was just great to be around. Thank you for singing me a little tune! And keep doing what you’re doing you are awesome.
