The ice cream is so good and the choices are endless, but the workers aren’t very friendly. Went 2 hours before close and there were 3 teenage girls working and I barely got acknowledged when I walked in, was rushed the entire time, and the tone of voice they used was not friendly whatsoever. I get customer service is hard but maybe learn to be kind.

Ordered online. Went to pick up. Wasn’t even acknowledged. Like 15 minutes later they figured out I had an online order. The kid said oh sorry I’ll make it right now, then didn’t. Also said the order “just came in”. But everyone that walked in and got in line got theirs before me when I ordered ahead of time. How does that work?

First of all, they always have the best flavors in town. never can go wrong with the chocolate cake better. As a former employee for cold stone, I’m always impressed with this location. The atmosphere is always spot on clean and the employees there are supposed to be there. they are good with people. The gentleman who helped me recently, was just great to be around. Thank you for singing me a little tune! And keep doing what you’re doing you are awesome.

The guy who made our orders was the BEST! His coworker was a NO SHOW so he had to take a long line of orders all on his own on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30, 4pm. Wanted ta ask his name but I didn't want to disturb his flow.He did this like a champion, with grace, professionalism and most importantly with a SMILE and pleasant attitudeI thought that he was a manager. He wasn't but he definitely should be:-)
