I called with a problem, and Megan at the Kalamazoo location was so helpful. She took care of what I needed and was upbeat and personable.
It was about a problem with a made food item, (which has Never happend before, so I still recommend all of their food.) Some people get snarky and rude when you talk about made-in-store food. (Ever get the wrong pizza from Dominos? Nightmare!) But Megan was great. She accepted what I said and was totally cool about it. She set it up so the money will be reimbursed when I , next go, but don't have to rush out there (awesome!)and I don't have to keep this somewhat *undercooked chicken in my fridge anymore (Thank God!)
*just a note, this happened one in like 30 times we have gotten roasted chicken so I wouldn't worry about it. ill be getting it again.

Better quality than Sam's club. The employees are always friendly and helpful and are easily found most of the time.
