Costco is an absolute disappointment. Not only do I have some ass clown following me around demanding to see the back of the same card I had to show to get in the damn store but they're constantly out of shit which is ridiculous, considering they're a wholesale "warehouse". I am learning though, I'll be going to Sam's in the future, I only wish I could get a refund for this shitty membership.

Their tire department is excellent. Very helpful and quick. I bought tires from there and I got a flat, they got me in same day and fixed it in a timely manner. Always nice and courteous.

All Costcos are good, mainly because the CEO isn't a greedy pig and the workers are paid pretty well so they generally like what they are doing. Costco is seriously better than the rest of the genre. And the prices, so good that the place is insanely busy. No better gasoline prices anywhere, enough savings to make it worth it to wait in line. Gasoline lines like 1973, only with a little less rancor because this is Western Michigan. No better prices on computers. No better prices on cat litter. That's all I really need, gasoline, cat litter, and a computer. That's all I need in this world. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game, and the remote control, cat litter, gasoline, a computer, and the lamp, and that's all I need. Sorry, I'm being a jerk. This Costco, like all Costcos, is a good place to shop even if it is crowded and busy.

I called with a problem, and Megan at the Kalamazoo location was so helpful. She took care of what I needed and was upbeat and personable.
It was about a problem with a made food item, (which has Never happend before, so I still recommend all of their food.) Some people get snarky and rude when you talk about made-in-store food. (Ever get the wrong pizza from Dominos? Nightmare!) But Megan was great. She accepted what I said and was totally cool about it. She set it up so the money will be reimbursed when I , next go, but don't have to rush out there (awesome!)and I don't have to keep this somewhat *undercooked chicken in my fridge anymore (Thank God!)
*just a note, this happened one in like 30 times we have gotten roasted chicken so I wouldn't worry about it. ill be getting it again.

Love this place. Cheap(er) gas, good service, been a member since they opened. Never a bad experience. Gas lines can get long at peak hours, and an amazing amount of people perplexed by a gas pump can make it worse. The constant re-arranging of the store can be a little frustrating to find what you are looking for. If you see something with a star on the price tag, buy it if you need it, as it is going out of stock.

Don't go back twice to get something you like. It won't be there. I am pretty sure I will cancel my membership. I am down to 4 items that I buy there. Keeping my fingers crossed that they will not take those away. I hate going 4 places to get what I need. The manager told me that it is not a one stop shop. I don't know why people like this place. If I don't cancel my membership I know I won't renew it.

My husband and I were there on Sunday. This is not the first time we go to customer service to ask a simple question. Two women working in customer service are rude and snarky and have no manners. They treat you like you're doing them a favor. First of all, they don't let you talk and they do all the talking and don't fix the problem. We thought customer service is a friendly and good manner job. One thing we're going to do is cancel our membership and go to Sam. We are people that never complained but like I said this is the second time we've been in the customer service and we have talked to the same Two women and they're the worse. You need to hire nice people with good personalities and good attitudes and manners, not rude people. Especially in Customer Service Dept. Thank you Unhappy customers.

This review is not particularly for the Kalamazoo location it is regarding an online order for appliances. If you are thinking about buying appliances from Costco DON'T DO IT! The more I think and right about this the more angered I become. I do NOT recommend purchasing appliances from Costco we did so always having such good experiences with Costco. We purchased a new washer and dryer, the delivery person was supposed to have hooked up both and verified they worked. The dryer did not have the correct gas hook up so we had to have someone else come and take care of that which was understandable. I gave them a pass for this (it says in thr email they sent ahead of time that gas hookup connections are the buyers responsibility). However the washing machine was another story. I was completely disappointed with Costco and the company they used to deliver. They never got the washing machine working, and said they had to leave. They hauled away our washer. My husband and I went out of town for the weekend and my daughter called and told me that there was water leaking down our wall! I had someone we knew come and look at it and he told me that it was leaking into our wall! He also fixed our dryer. He could not fix the washer but did fix the leak because thr installer did not tighten the connection. So basically they delivered a broken washer and took away my washer that was not great but worked and now I am being told it will be 3-4 weeks until I get a replacement!!!! I repeat 3-4 weeks!!!! This is such , I would have never given the guy my old washer to haul away if I knew my new one wasn't going to work! just be warned do not buy Appliances from #Costco. Oh and then I got an email with photos of the washer and dryer in my laundry room with a confirmation that they were hooked up and working, total BS! Neither appliance worker while the Costco delivery person was here!

I enjoy shopping at Costco. Great costumer service for the most part and the staff is majorly friendly and easy to talk to. I did Instacart for sometime and I was taking orders from Costco as it was easier to navigate and checkout lines, even though are usually PACKED, but go through decently fast. My only feedback is that I wish their supervisors would do a better job in dealing with costumer complaints, returns, and communication. Overall 4.5
