Upon staying at Best Western Plus we called cottage inn to order pizza and wings according to the coupon prices on the sign in the hotel room. Manager would not honor them. Needless to say don't order pizza there because they won't honor the prices that are in the hotel room. Next I'm taking this down to the manager at the hotel and explaining to them they should not even be in the room because cottage and won't honor the prices.

We are SO DISAPPOINTED in their pizza. It used to be really good. Well Not anymore. The last 2 pizzas we have had from the KL ave location have been terrible!!! Doughy,lacking any flavor and barely any toppings!!! We will not be getting pizza from them again.

Website promoted ordering discount on app, but site wouldn't proceed to checkout. Ordered on regular site without discount and was told there would be a 2-hour wait (Friday night). Tried to call Kalamazoo location to cancel, waited 15 minutes on hold, and then was disconnected. We've been ordering Cottage Inn pizzas for over 25 years, but will NEVER order another one again. Absolutely zero customer service! And their website is a scam.

We've had better in past experiences, but the pizza at Cottage Inn is amazingly good. The Inn Sticks are great too. Certainly better pizza than anywhere we have locally to us in Plainwell.

If I were to rank the pizza places on the west side of Kalamazoo, I'd say that cottage inn is a close second to Erbellis. The pizza is always great. The staff is fast and I'm never waiting longer than expected. (even when they are slammed) it's no wonder there is a constant flow of people in and out. Also, great job keeping the place clean.
