I never had a chance to come here before because it felt so far out of town but has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. I really love that the dining area is clean even though it’s very busy. The food is really one of the best burgers in town. And the customer service is top tier. And seems genuine. I feel like that’s damn near a lost art these days. The frozen custard is my least favorite but I’m just not an ice cream person in general. I think the average person who likes ice cream will love it. It tastes and feels very decadent!

I arrived to pick up my order when a younger male brought out the custard in his hands, and not in a drink carrier. When I asked if I could get a drink carrier because I am the only one who would be holding several items and driving, he got upset and walked away. As he walked away, he began swearing, voicing his anger and frustration. I immediately called inside while waiting for the carrier and spoke with a female manager who seemed utterly uninterested in what I was saying.

Fast and Friendly! Culver's is always delicious, but the service was fantastic! We came at a busy time of day when there was a line, but they were well-staffed and took our order quickly and brought it to us in a matter of minutes! Way to go, Culver's, keep up the good work!
