I Waited 20 minutes to order, placed my order and then waited another 20 minutes. After three orders after me I asked where my order was, they proceeded to hand me my order from the warmer that was behind the counter. I enjoy the food when I get it but this was really frustrating.

Waited all night for 2 calzones, got stuck on hold for 30 minutes and got hung up on multiple times. I cancelled and refunded my order after 3 hours of waiting because I have work in the morning and can't afford to stay up any longer.
The owners were so sweet DP me anytime!
