Used to love dp dough but now they don't even put that seasoning on the outside of the calzones or rolls.. just dry now :(that was the best part not to mention presentation is just blah now they don't even look appetizing

Julia is the manager at night and she has the worst attitude possible. I love DP dough and all of their locations. But Julia single handedly ruined the experience for me. I would never like to order from DP dough when there are so many other local restaurants to choose from. If you want to, find terrible customer service go here, becuase they don’t follow the rules of other DP doughs locations. The only person helpful at this location was no one. I’ve never experienced worst customer service possible. I’ve been going to Western for four years and I’ve always had pleasant experience at DP Dough but Julia is the worst manager possible and is the most degrading person ever and makes customer’s feel stupid just like how I felt from her tonight. But that isn’t even her worst attitude possible. As a person who works with other customer’s, she is the most insulting person ever. I would never want my employees acting like her towards my customers because that is disgusting.

I got my food delivered to Bronson hospital. My 4 year old and I were staying over night and this restaurant was one of the first ones who popped up first.

Dry garlic bread sticks makes no sense. Giving a tub of garlic sauce is like eating straight butter, disgusting. Cook the bread in the garlic butter before putting all of those dry seasonings on top. I just woke up 7 hours later because I am sick from eating that sorry display of bread sticks.

Worst online ordering experience I’ve had in Kalamazoo. After waiting two hours (an hour after my delivery ETA) I called the restaurant to confirm my order is still on the way. The staff said it’d be here any minute. The food never came, no one reached out to me, I literally had to call again before they closed to hear “my manager said to refund your order”… but it’s on me to have to call again 3 and half hours after my order to find out? Fair to say I’m not ordering from here again.Besides this experience, I’ve gotten food here in the past and it’s super inconsistent quality including calzones that are cold in the middle and half baked dough bites. Every order is like rolling the dice. The only thing they have going for them is that they deliver late night.
Ordered on grub hub. Called after 20 minutes had gone over expected delivery. Staff said it should be delivered but they have to wait for their driver to get back to the store. I asked why don't you just call his cell phone and they said uhhh we don't have his phone number (despite being a DP dough employee)...lol. tried to call back again 30 minutes later and was put on hold for 20 minutes and by this time i hung up and went to bed.

My order was a pickup and the ONLY staff there didn't seem too friendly but I couldn't ignore the ticket machine that was printing nonstop at their station. So I get it and feel for them. My actually order was better than I thought it would be but still not something to write home about. All in all would definitely eat there again.

My boyfriend and I ordered food from here on doordash. First they sent us the wrong calzone, so we drove up there to get the right one just to have it be cold in the middle. Tried calling several times to be put directly on hold. I have never had an issue here until now.

Honestly, horrendous customer service. We got 3 water bottles with our order with a 45 minute wait. Clearly if we got 3 waters we are parched, so after a few minutes we ask for our waters.... The man at the counter said "Don't ask for waters a second time, they will give it to you when your order comes out." 45 MINUTES FOR A FUCKIN WATER . Like if you're that lazy that you don't want to grab 3 water bottles out of the fridge, I will just grab them myself. The man at the counter was very rude. If you want people to return to your establishment, customer service is KEY. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Beef out. period.

Have had to call back in the morning to actually get someone to refund us. Idk if they shut off their phones two hours early or something it it's ridiculous.
