This place is iconic in downtown kalamazoo. Super small shop to give you that small town ice cream shop feel while being right in the city.Gives you that dairy queen taste that we all know right outside the broncos football stadium. Just wish it was a little cheaper.Staff was amazing and helpful also quick and prompt with the order.

Opening at noon is about 2 hours to late and closing at 7 p.m. is about 3 hours too early a 7-hour window from noon to 7 is not adequate hours for a summertime fast food ice cream place please consider extending your hours

I love the ice cream items served at Dairy Queen, and the items I ordered and received were well prepared. The server made helpful suggestions and was friendly. The place itself is not attractive and is not a well maintained. There is major road construction going on in front of the building but it was still easy to get in and out of the business.
