Online shows open at 11:00AM, Lady says there not technically open till noon when I showed up at 11:45AM. The hotdogs was frozen cold and fries tasted like the oil needs to be changed. Had to go back, lady made up different hotdogs for me. The building needs to be cleaned and curb appeal needs updated.

The manager did nothing while the young man was overwhelmed with orders. He did a great job. She was rude when I came back and asked for the water and napkins he forgot because he didnt have any help. I won't be back because of her.

this is not a dairy Queen grill n chill the menu is different than most locations and they don't have chicken strips or cheese curds

We went and bought a brownie extreme blizzard and a banana split spent $14.36 and the blizzard was like having just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of brownie pieces. There's was nothing extreme about it . If I order something with the word extreme to eat I would figure there would be lots. Very disappointed.

Do not go in there. Horrible waitstaff. I can put up with a lot but that place is bad as it gets. I Ordered 2 things and they screwed it up and said I didn't order that. She put in the wrong stuff and wouldn't correct it because they already made it and wouldn't refund my money. Just horrible.

They make you sit at the speaker first until they finish the customer at the windows rgen I ordered a blizzard and the butterfinger was so old and stale I threw it away waste of time and money
They’re struggling… ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard (advertised all over the store) and they didn’t have it. Which was okay- so I asked for another blizzard (also advertised all over the store) but they didn’t have it. Ordered a third kind, and by that point was completely de railed.
Also ordered 2 cones- the sprinkle dipped one wasn’t very sprinkly. The chocolate one was fine.

Cashier was very rude despite tip and made out order wrong. When we asked about it she had an attitude. The place smelled bad. Lots of mold and water damage. It was also expensive and the portion was small. $11 plus tip for ice cream

Tried ordering a brownie sundae they were out of brownies. Tried ordering a chocolate covered cherry blizzard, They were out of cherries. The girl was rude, this place needs better customer service and apparently more toppings for the ice cream.

This used to be my go-to spot for chili dogs. That is no longer the case. I've given it three tries now and each time the hot dogs have been substandard and the buns or the whole hot dog has been nuked afterwards. It's really sad because this is right in my neighborhood and I like to give neighborhood businesses my money.
