Absolutely not worth the price tag- Good rooms- free wifi- gross breakfast for $16 and coffee for 4-5?- Really Thin walls, cant sleep properly- unreasonably loud toilet can hear every neighboring room flush at any time of day- Fire alarm went off during our stay despite no appliances being in anyone's rooms besides a mini fridgeDon't go here just find a nearby hotel/inn there's plenty or an airbnb if you're with a group for the 140-200/night price tag

Pros: Staff was nice. Pool room was entertaining for the kids. Quiet location, no road noise to note. Good beer menu at the bar.Not great: the carpets are gross. Period. In the rooms, hallways, you name it. Our room carpet was stained, pulling away from the walls, dead bugs in the corners, and apparently chocolate and frosting (I hope) smashed into the carpet. Also, there was a hole through the wall next to our bed someone apparently plugged with a piece of paper, and when they removed the thermostat, they just pulled it off the wall but left the bracket there. Caulk peeling away from the bathrooms would be such an easy fix if anyone care about the property. And if the management reads this: there is a mangled metal grate in the floor next to the pool with sharp rusty parts that is coming up from the concrete. This would almost be expected at an $89 room rate. Certainly not $150. Hard to believe this hotel was just fully renovated five years ago.Rooms: Unclean, gross carpets. Not well maintained bathrooms.

I absolutely love this place. I miss working for them. I'm hoping that they will give me another chance eventually. I recommend taking your family there even if it is just one night.

I received excellent service from Jeremiah Davis. He was so professional, welcoming, pleasant, and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience staying at this hotel. And Robert Perry was also great and nice. I extended my stay and he .made sure I was able to keep my same room! It made my stay more relaxing not having to change rooms. Great service from both these awesome men

Booked this hotel at 6:00 PM after calling and verifying that their hot tub was working. Went down to hot tub at 8:00 PM. Definitely not working. Not heating at all. Jets barely had any pressure. Our only requirement for a hotel was a functional hot tub after a day of skiing. Not reviewing anything else since this is what we came for and were given misinformation from the front desk. Highly disappointed.

I was interviewed here by the maintenance director Bruce. I have a job now elsewhere, but looking back I am still offended by the way in which I was interviewed. Bruce is your typical mindless automaton, ready to take orders but never ready to think for himself. They are a dime a dozen these days. But he is arrogant because of his position, and was very condescending to me. Men looking for jobs get enough adversity as it is. If you don't have a job in country, you are no better than rubbish. I certainly did not deserve the inappropriate rebuke that Bruce gave me, simply because I was out of a job. It could happen to you, too, buddy, and there are far too many employers who think that they can treat people like this. I give one star to this hotel for lack of respect.

No breakfast like advertised! Restaurant was closed so couldn't order any food. Just some coffee set out. Game room not even half of the games work. Hot tub needs work it's cooler then my shower at home. No vending machines. Not worth 131 a night....

The comfort of their beds are a positive. Things to consider when booking a room. Parking next to a active entrance and close to your room is recommended when booking. They don't have complimentary breakfast. You can order food, be prepared very expensive, see menu photo. There is no vending machines you pay at the front desk there's a small room with items to buy. Very expensive for a pop. There is 4 floors and rooms around the poolside. Check out is at noon another positive.

The manager speaks about others guests, calling them crackhead, because they complained about no heat in their room. Front desk supervisor announced she's high and smokes weed in the lobby. Wouldn't use this hotel. Looks are deceiving.

Was visiting family for Christmas. Stayed one night. The lady at the counter was friendly and courteous. She asked which floor would I prefer to stay on. I was given a nice room, king size bed that came with a mini fridge. I was not able to partake in alot of the other amenities such as the indoor pool and the bar. It looked inviting. I would recommend staying here. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to an additional hold being placed on my card. I was advised it could take up to 7days for hold to be released. Other than that when back in town I will stay here again.
