Pulled pork sandwich (ask for extra bark) was so good.. no crazy stuff on it just beautifully smoked tender meat on a perfect bun... I'm a bit of a barbecue newbie but WOW, consider it a must stop if you're passing thru kalamazoo on I-94
Food was very dry . Was not freshly prepared. warmed up bbq
If i could give no stars i would i ordered from here never received my order and was told order was never received. 80 damn dollars out and no way to get it back or even have food made
UPDATED REVIEW!!! I negatively reviewed Dickey's a few years ago. Went back because I believed they had to fix things because they are still in business. Come to find out they haven't fixed anything. Everything is worse. Cut corners and false advertising galore. The food seemed old and dry and looked nothing like the pictures. This is a failing business. I know Kalamazoo needs a great BBQ place, but Dickeys is not it. Do not waste your money!!! I'll never ever go here again.
OLD REVIEW Website automatically canceled my order because something about delivery drivers when it should of said something before I placed my whole order because Dickey's still took all my money and and did not send my order through so I got nothing but robbed. This is about the 3rd problem I've had from this place and I do not even go here often. Unprofessional thieves if you ask me.
Got ready to pay for my food and realized it was way too high. The kid asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. Got got to my table and looked at it and she had added a $5 and change tip onto it. I had to ask for a refund and they gave it to me but I wondered how many people they had done that to that night alone. Always get your receipt and double check it if you eat here.
Single best dining experience my pallette has had in years.
Dickies quality isn't what it used to be, nothing smoked tasting about it. The smoked chicken ,a little. However the service was good. Mac and cheese sub par. Just not worth the price.
I paid $30 for a pound of brisket that tasted like I smoked, tough roast beef. Will NEVER eat at another Dickeys EVER AGAIN
Didn't have several items we ordered. Ordered the big dickeys cup and they did not have any so we get a Styrofoam cup instead. Brisket was dry. Service was good but I think they need to up there game. People that come from out of state should definitely have a better experience for almost $100 worth of food.
Ordered food to be delivered to a hotel we are staying at while out of town. We were missing part of the order. I called and asked for 1)refund or 2)the rest of the order to be delivered. The worker said they could not do either. I will not be ordering from here again. We are usually in this town 3 times a year. I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

The slowest service you will ever receive. Unfriendly staff. Everyone seems to hate their job including the manager.
Visiting from Houston Texas and for work and wanted to try some BBQ and I have to say it was really good
I went to eat at Stadium dr location in Kalamazoo. As I was ordering I was standing over a butter rolling toaster machine. I couldn’t help but look inside and what I saw has me shaken. It was absolutely filthy. It was filled with old meat, sauces, every single grate was caked with old food. I didn’t say anything until I saw him butter my bread and put it through the toaster. I almost threw up. It’s NEVER been cleaned. I had to cancel my order and leave. I’ve NEVER seen something so disgusting at a restaurant before. I’m shaken it was so gross. I can’t brother nobody has gotten sick. It was so caked full of old moldy disgusting food and meat. I think I’m going to notify the health department
My wife and I both had the brisket sandwich.
Baked potato was not cooked through. Meat is good but dry. Atmosphere was like a McDonald's.
