Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered , and it wasn’t delivered. Then called to get it fixed and they were rude. Came in to get my food & they were saying it was delivered under their breaths & that “someone just wanted extra pizza” . Definitely don’t recommend.

Miguel and Jesse are absolutely amazing. The website kept trying to send my delivery order to the Gull Rd store for some reason. Called and spent over 10 minutes trying to figure that out. Ultimately they suggested I place my online order for carryout and they would change it to delivery. 10 out of 5 stars for service and just general helpfulness.

The person taking the order in person at the counter was negative and rude. I wanted 20 pizzas originally. When I said that she was irritated, I had to settle for 16 which ended up not being enough. How much longer would 4 more really have taken.Wont be going back to that location again, customer service is dead there, sad!

Order my pizza at 8:30, I got it at 10:15. Was very cold when it was finally delivered. I also order a salad with extra ranch, I got 3 small cups that you would get for dipping. When I called to ask where my food was after 1 hour and 15 minutes the employee was very rude and hung up on me.

I generally have no problems. Tonight was very different. Some of the issues that were noted were the pizza tracker was saying pizzas were ready but they were not. There were 3 customers besides me that had to wait for pizzas were that were supposedly ready. I ended up waiting at the store for over 40 minutes. I was told my pizza was coming out of the oven at least 3 times. I witnessed one coming out of the oven after 40 minutes. The other was pulled off a shelf where it had been sitting for a long time. The other issue was with the staff dropping F- bombs and other profanity, no kids were in the store thank goodness. With the open concept kitchen please remember the customers hear everything. It's not professional. Hoping that you guys get it together, been coming there since you opened. It is normally a great place to get pizza.The food was good, (one was a bit cold). The customer service needs work.

Most disgusting pizza iv ever had in my life. Zero sauce, not toppings showed up cold and thrown all over the place. Not sure how this place is in business because you will not see another dollar from me
