Pizza usually good, online deliver tracker is hit and miss and the onions used to come diced but whoever is chopping them is leaving them in large flakes, not good. Please teach whoever chopping how to chop

Very dirty from the inside and out, ordered a pizza with extra cheese and barely got any, it tasted dry and gross when the portage street location makes the same pizza 100x better.

Ordered online, it stated 39 min over an hour later it said pizza in the oven. Called store just to be told it hasn't even been made yet and that the online order information is wrong and they don't update when busy. PIZZA Hut online always seems to be accurate.

This store was out of many pizza toppings. I was informed via phone call after placing my order online and paying for it. The employee had to redo the order and now I have two charges on my card. I suggested turning off online orders and was told that it had been suggested but that upper management didn't want to deal with it. When I did get my order, the pepperoni (only topping I wanted that was available) was spoiled.

At ~11:55am on 12/23 a Dominos delivery car pulled up beside me at the intersection of E H and Sprinkle heading East. It rolled into the intersection at a red light, then blew thru the red light to make a left onto Sprinkle, presumably heading back to the location.
I spent the following time on hold with this location's order line to let a manager know. The order line yelled voice on hold messaging at me for ten straight minutes before I gave up, glad I didn't want food.
If this location is promoting fast enough service to justify a driver running a red light, it's definitely not showing up anywhere else.

I can’t tell you enough how hard the Associates at this particular Domino’s location worked to make sure your order is as good as you wanted it to be. They are always kind, polite, and working quickly to get your food out. I used to be a fan of the other two major pizza organizations, but this particular location has swung me the Domino’s way! This is my go to for pizza nights. Thank you, Gull Rd., location!

Every time I order from this location it's never right. Today I ordered a large order of buffalo wings and they came plain. I called the store and stated what happened and the young African American male stated to me there is no need for an attitude out of no where. There was no attitude giving nor tone. This just made me not order from this location anymore. Very sad how the generation of work has changed. Place is convenient for our side of town but I'll take business elsewhere. There is no way you could possibly miss someone's order up if it's printed or on the screen for you to follow. Put the phones down and follow directions. Everyone don't like there food played with or remade due to lack of detail.
