I never usually do reviews, but this one was a need. I have gotten Dunkin’ Donuts the past two days. I got a lemonade strawberry dragon fruit refresher yesterday and it was amazing! But today I got something different. It was a blue raspberry coolatta…. Let me tell you this drink is amazing. 10/10 Highly
Most of the savory stuff tasted overcooked/burnt. Drive thru person was handing me paper bags individually through the window and I had to stop him and ask for a big plastic bag. Seems like lack of training or commonsense. They don't have all the donuts they claim on the app, which is lack of inventory tracking. Will probably give it another try after 6 months.

The place is nice and workers are friendly but I stopped going because they kept not having any sprinkle donuts, and my daughter would be very dissapointed. Seems strange, it's like an ice cream shop not having vanilla ice cream... Sprinkle donuts at a donut shop, not too outrageous of a request... I started taking her to Tim Hortons instead which is a little further away but she doesn't leave dissapointed.

It only takes one to ruin everything. There's one guy there that can't get a grasp on vanilla or sugar. He only knows half & half. And if you order your coffee hot/french vanilla with cream and sugar, he's only going to put that half and half in there. And when you tell him it's wrong he's just gonna give you 3 sugar packets instead of fixing the coffee. He also doesn't understand how a grilled cheese sandwich is made. The bread wasn't even grilled. The cheese and only the cheese was. Like someone took a blow torch to it and just said screw the rest. I didn't say anything after he gave me the 3 sugar packets cuz honestly I'm not just gonna stand around and be a Karen. But hopefully they do something about him soon, or at least train him on how to read coffee orders because vanilla and sugar evade this guy each time. Also, they have this weird habit of always assuming you want your coffee cold, even when you specify that you want hot coffee, there have been several times they've tried to give me iced coffee instead. I've added photos of that "grilled cheese" I was talking about. The only thing I recommend about this place is the donuts because at least they can't mess that up (yet)

Honestly, I know this location gets a bad rep but I think it’s quite good. Especially the service at this location, its wonderful. That’s just something I’d like to emphasize on. Service is quick, at least I know going through the drive thru it is. I mainly place pickup orders and I’ve never once had an issue. They also usually ask before leaving if everything is correct, which to me is awesome service. I don’t go in often so this is mainly a drive thru review. But I’ve always had good interactions with the employees, they are always super accommodating and friendly. The coffee is always spot on too! On the rare occasion it’s not, they will fix the issue right away. The only bad thing I do have to say is the food can be hit or miss. Usually it’s great, no problems, but occasionally it can have almost a soapy taste.. I did find a hair in my sandwich ONCE, but not a big deal considering the amounts of times I’ve been here and didn’t have that problem. Every location isn’t perfect, but I do feel like they really try at this one. I will always come to this location over the others. The friendly staff and awesome coffee make it worth it!
