I was so excited to get a Cookie Butter Latte. I buy It a lot and know how it should taste. The coffee I was given was not the correct color nor did it taste well. It tasted really bad and had way too much expresso in it. The barista who cashed me out, was very rude. When she handed me my cash and drink she slammed the window closed and didn’t say anything else after I had told her thank you. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Dunkin Donuts in my hometown so I was suprised to say the least when my coffee tasted horrible and the service was not well.

What has happened to this franchise? Filled doughnuts sometimes are only partially filled, Old Fashioned aren't anything but plain doughnuts without any toppings. Poor advanced corporate investigating I suspect, as well as poor marketing. Their days were numbered a while ago at this juncture.

I absolutely adore their meal deals, and the matcha is simply fantastic. While the food may not be the most exquisite in terms of taste, it certainly gets the job done. Plus, you can’t beat a good deal.

Took my children there to pick donuts 🍩 and when we got in we were greeted by not one or two employees but 4! Asked what can we get and I asked for a moment they all stood there staring at us oddly! After picking our donuts we headed to the car to check them out just to find hair on them! Maybe hair nets should be a thing do to them all having long hair! 😖🫣

They are just very disorganized and majority of the orders were wrong that I witnessed in the lobby and the service was extremely slow. The sandwiches were inedible.
We love Dunkin. This one needs new management as they tend to be rude but it's the only one near us. We can walk on our 3 mile trek during the weekends. We've been inside a handful of times and we've only been greeted with pleasant vibes once.... do better dunkin.

Drive through attendant was extremely rude and unknowledgeable. The sign is under construction and when I asked “what iced signature lattes are offered” they didn’t know. when ordering a “chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting” i was told i ordered a boston crème. The entire experience was unpleasant and I absolutely will not return to this location. happy birthday to me.

Worker riped us off and over charged and then the food was ass! Tough rubber sourdough bread cheese on only half the sandwich and slopy soggy tots. It wasnt busy and he couldn't put any effort in at all.. we payed cash and to refund us we needed a card?!?! Im beyond mad about my experiance!
