Avoid at all costs. If you have to stop here, drive thru only. I had to walk in (windows were frozen). Greeted by no one, my order took nearly 20 minutes and was incomplete. During that time, drive thru orders were going out without issue. Several customers came in after me. Not one walk-in customer was acknowledged by staff. During my entire experience as there was no one front of house; or, they would come to grab a donut for a drive thru order, look at the line, and retreat back without acknowledgement anyone. Not an experience I'll repeat

Incredible food and coffee! Everything tasted so fresh and the people working were so nice and helpful! This is the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. The picture shows the even melt of the cheese without compromising the texture of the muffin. They do it right here! The coffee was perfect and the hash browns had great flavor too.

Never coming here ever again. Ordered two donuts, and they were both thrown into the bag with little care, so the frosting stuck to the bag and came off. Not to mention that the donuts were missing the toppings. Employee was incredibly rude and refused to tell us our total, for some reason. What’s even the point of coming to Dunkin’ “Donuts” if the donuts can’t even be made properly. Should just change the name to “Dunkin’ Mid”

Average atmosphere. Coffee was good and hot. Friendly staff. A little noisy there. Food was good. We had egg (white) bites and apple fritter. Good place to grab breakfast to go.

I live within a 10 minute drive from this dunkin and today was my 3rd and final visit. Each visit, my donuts have been dry and tasted days old. Why is this dunkin different than all others?

I am not one to typically write a poor Google review, like ever. However, I have never been so disappointed in my service with food and beverage in my entire life. I ordered a large iced cappuccino with five caramel swirls and an extra shot of espresso. When I was handed my drink, half of it was foam. This is my go-to order every time I go to Dunkin’ and I have never been handed a large drink where half of it isn’t even coffee to drink. I feel like I just threw away $12. Very disappointed, especially as someone who used to work in the food and beverage industry. I would never have handed that to a customer. I did order the sourdough breakfast sandwich, and that I will say was prepared well. But as far as my coffee goes, that was not what I paid for.

This is the absolute filthiest establishment I have been in. Bathroom disgusting, counters disgusting, floors sticky, garbage overflowing. Would never consider ordering, let alone eating anything from this location. Would give a zero if I could.

Watched the employee take our order from my husband. He had one gloved hand and one bare. With the bare hand he unashamedly rubbed/wiped his nostrils for a solid ten seconds. Not the back of his hand, but with his palm and underside of his fingers.I waited and continued watching because he could still have used his gloved hand to make the coffees… but he didn’t. He palmed the rim of our cups with the bare nostrily hand… and then palmed our lids with his bare hand. There was no way around asking for him to put on fresh gloves and give us new lids, and telling him how I didn’t want whatever was on his nostrils to end up in my mouth. I don’t think he loved hearing about what he did, but he complied and gave us clean lids. Hopefully he learned something and minds his hands more thoughtfully while preparing other people’s food and drinks.Unfortunately, based on the disgusting condition of the women’s restroom and other reviews here, it’s possible neither the employees nor management here respect basic hygiene and cleanliness, because both things are easy to prevent with just an ounce of care.
