Sometimes this Dunkin is ok, but very often it is not. I have a garlic allergy, and they frequently substitute things I’ve ordered for things I’m allergic to or include things I didn’t ask for that I am allergic to. I really don’t think they should be allowed to make substitutions without asking the person who ordered, even with mobile orders. It is very disappointing and frustrating. After today’s incident I’m probably not going back to this location.

placed a mobile order once and none of the items were in stock so i had to pick from leftovers when i got there. did a group order in the morning and the service sucked and they forgot my doughnut. don't tell me my order is good when stuff is missing.

I have been buying coffee from Dunkin for close to 10 years now. Just this past year I have noticed a huge difference in the coffee. Every time I get an iced coffee either with or without ice the coffee is super watered down. The coffee is not cheap,therefore I would expect a better quality coffee. I guess it's time to start going to other coffee places and spending the same amount of money on a beverage that is actually going to be worth it.

Stopped by for donuts and mocha iced coffees. Everyone in our family that had the mocha drinks had uncontrollable vomiting. I tried to call and let them know but every call went to a full inbox. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but this was a new low. I could tell the person handing the food over was frustrated, not sure what about, but no biggie. I said have a good day before leaving and they just turned around. Okay, bad day maybe? Get home and check my food to find it wasn’t even heated up.. I only ordered a grilled cheese with bacon added on, and they didn’t even put the bacon on it. I guess I just happened to catch them on a bad day but this is still not acceptable.. the food isn’t cheap and this was supposed to be a treat for myself after work. I’ve had this happen before here but I just let it go, but not this time. I will not be ordering food here again, wasted $6 for a grilled cheese, or I guess just cheese sandwich since it wasn’t even grilled or cooked. But hey, the coffee was good though, so thank you for that at least.

If I could give half a star I would, if u have only went through the drive thru at this location beware. The inside of this place is disgusting 🤢. Tables with stains and food, had to clean a spot to sit. Floors looked like they had never been swept or mopped. The guy behind counter kept touching all the donuts, moving the old to the front. This in between touching money and orders. Ordered a bacon bagel sandwich and it was like rubber because they cooked it in microwave. Watched guy cooking touch his face and nose than just wipe his hands on shirt. He just kept on working. Guys rotating between window, cooking, & register while not washing hands at all. I will Never go to this location again...so dirty.

Awful! I got a half dozen donuts here and they were hard as a rock, tasteless and dry. I could have hammered a nail into the wall using the donut itself. I thought donuts were supposed to be made fresh daily? If that’s the case, then how are the donuts so rock hard and gross like they’ve been sitting on the shelves for days?! Also says it’s a locally owner

Once again stood at the front counter to wait for over 5 minutes to order. The staff ignored me the entire time , I ended up leaving without ordering because no one would even acknowledge me.
