The fact that the family who owns the franchise is very nice and the drinks are good is certainly important for customer satisfaction. Customer service and the quality of products can often make up for other minor shortcomings. If you enjoy the atmosphere and the people who work there, it can be a great place to grab a coffee and some donuts. Keep in mind that the cleanliness of a specific location can vary, but as long as it doesn't affect the overall experience.

This store is the dirtiest Dunkin I’ve ever visited. The floors were dirty and the women’s bathroom disgusting. The seat was up and caked with dried urine and trash overflowing. Gross! The exterior or the store also unkept with torn banners. The only positive thing I can say is that my Americano was good. Im a daily Dunkin user and will be sure to avoid this one next time in KZoo.
We were hesitant to try this location after some of the negative reviews, but we had a great experience. We ordered through the drive through, and it was very quick. Our sandwich was hot, and everything was as we ordered.

This location is definitely NOT the one to go to. Don’t get me wrong I love Dunkin but wow this location has failed me time after time. Horrible service and poorly cooked food. Many times I’ve gone they told me that they weren’t cooking anymore food for the day, weird..when it’s only noon.

This location, 5200 S 9th St A, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to and I've been to many. Dunkin is my favorite coffee and quick breakfast place. I go out of my way when traveling to look for a DD place.Employees at his place are apathetic at best if not rude and lazy. It's like interacting with unkempt zombies that forgot that they took your order 10 minutes earlier and you have to physically remind them that you're still at the store in front of them waiting for your order. And I was the only customer in the store with 3-4 workers there!No hello or welcome, no thank you, no would you like your receipt.The place looks unsanitary, dirty, disorganized, broken tiles off the wall. DD corporate should be ashamed to have their DD logo associated with this establishment. I'll visit it in the future to see if improved. I'm open to modifying my review in the future if I see improvement... But man... Bummer....This was a terrible experience.

This location has gone to Sh*t! i have frequented this Dunkin' for YEARS and since they have changed ownership/management recently, it is absolute crap. Every time I order, they hand me the wrong thing or are out of something. I stopped going as frequently recently because it is THAT bad. But today when they handed me a rock hard and completely burnt bagel (it wasn't even toasted!), I've decided that it's not worth it anymore. So sad that my local Dunkin' is completely ruined!If you're in the Kzoo area, save yourself a hassle and get your food/coffee from somewhere else.
