EMA did our catering for our wedding and we have received nothing but compliments from our guests regarding the appetizers, dinner, and service their staff provided. They were wonderful to work with through the entire wedding planning process and the food was delicious.

Rehydrated hash brown potatoes, super bland food all the way around. Sausage Pattie’s were just ground pork, absolutely no seasoning what do ever. Gravy was just flour and water. Took the leftover home to the dog and he wouldn’t even eat it and he eats his own p****

Michelle's was AMAZING. They catered our wedding and rehearsal dinner - and we could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing. The team members we interacted with were all so caring. And the owner, Mike, did everything he could to make our wedding day special. They were affordable and the food was delicious! Everyone was very impressed by the food. We had a taco bar for the rehearsal and chicken breasts, pulled pork, mac&cheese, potatoes, and salad for the wedding. From start to finish they were a dream to work with. Thank you so much to Mike and the rest of your staff!!

We arrived at Michelle’s at 11:50 and were first in line to be seated, by 12 no hostess showed up and staff passed us without a greeting. At 12 I stopped a staff person and asked to be seated. Our waitress took our order at12:10 in which we asked her if there was enough time because we had to leave at 12:45 because my husband had a meeting. 12:30 no food. 12:40 no food. We asked for it to be boxed. 12:45 we received the boxed food paid and left and were not given to go drinks to eat with our meal. We got home in five minutes to cold food which obviously had waited and toast put in egg yolks and very soggy plus my order was wrong. We just moved to this neighborhood and this will be our first and last visit to Michelle’s. Very poor service!!!!!

We recently went for a tasting to try food for our upcoming wedding. The staff was very nice but the food was poor quality. For a corporate luncheon where they are literally putting together sandwiches, I think they would be fine. However, this is not acceptable quality for a formal event such as a wedding where they actually have to cook. I honestly still cannot wrap my head around how they have so many locations. All of the food we tried tasted steamed and unflavored. The only flavor on any of the meat actually came from the sauce the meat was smothered in. The glaze on the salmon was sugary and the ribs were watery (not sure how that happens), tough to cut, and covered with a horrible tangy bbq sauce. We've been to a handful of tastings and this was the only tasting that I wanted to leave in the middle of because the food was so bad and also the only tasting the chef never came out to introduce themselves. They are truly super nice people but I could never recommend them to anyone who would be paying thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor and order pizza instead.

EMA is outstanding!!! From the first phone call with Mike (the owner) to our first meeting where Mike was helping us save money left and right with amazing and professional suggestions and personal experiences, to our second meeting and tasting (it was delicious) and meeting Mollie, to our actual event everything was just perfect! Our food was way more amazing than we could even expect. We did the carved roast beef that my family and friends are still dreaming about, the grilled salmon that even myself (not a fish fan) fell in love with, amazing mac and cheese that had all the kids excited, red skinned mashed potatoes, an amazing salad and topping assortment and delicious rolls and bread. They were extremely punctual and worked well with our DJ to coordinate our buffet line. It was quick and our guests raved about the food. We are soo pleased with the prices we paid for amazing service and food.

We we so pleased with the quality, quantity, variety of menu selections and outstanding customer service we received from EMA for our daughter's graduation party in June. They were just amazing to work with throughout the planning process and all throughout the party. Their staff members were very professional and did their all to keep the food tables refreshed, serve the guests at the beverage and ice cream bars and ensure our guests were happy. Their food displays were really beautiful and super creative which gave the celebration an added boost of fun and festivity. We couldn't be more pleased...thank you to everyone at EMA that was with us at R&R in Vicksburg on June 23!

We had an amazing experience with EMA and will be using them again next year for our Christmas Catering needs. The price is great and we had MORE than enough food. They truly went above and beyond. (Last year I had an awful experience with a local catering company and when I told EMA about it, they went above and beyond to make this year’s Christmas event our BEST YET.)
