This place is a hidden gem! It is located away from high volume traffic and has a rustic, cozy vibe. The blueberry peach muffins are to die for, service is quick, and the coffee is well worth the trip! There are artist markets and other fun events, too!

My first experience with Factory Coffee was at the Delta by Marriot in Kalamazoo. For 4 mornings I indulged in the fabulous aroma coming from this coffee shop. The coffee is phenomenal and the service, even better! It was a surprising treat each morning. It exceeded my expectations

I was staying at the Raddison and wanted coffee that wasn't Starbucks. Factory Coffee is about a 15 min walk (although if you're wary of homeless and train trucks, it might be better to drive there).
Coffee was delicious, and they had bagels and vegan muffins (blueberry and banana nut chocolate chip). Will definitely go back when in the area again.

I was visiting family in the area and needed a place to work for a couple of hours. The coffee is excellent and I love the location in the repurposed factory.
I ended up buying another drink and a bag of coffee to take back home. They were two of the best lattes I've ever had, and I am a bit of a coffee snob. Can't wait to come back the next time I am in the Zoo!
