Factory Coffee - Downtown

Had a red pepper soup du jour and a cup of drip coffee. Coffee was perfect and the soup du jour was super tasty and satisfying. The people who served us were kind and genuine. Music was pleasant, unobtrusive, and at an appropriate volume so I could focus on conversation with my family without the music setting off my auditory processing disorder. Really impressed by how enjoyable it was to be here! 🙏

Went twice while visiting the area. The first time the mocha coffees were good but the cappuccino was bad. Over half the cup was froth so the weight of the coffee was at least half the weight of the mochas. Next day my husband had the bagel sandwich and it was good. However, my yogurt was so bland and the granola mixture was rancid. The blueberry muffin was good but definitely a few days old (this was a Sunday so maybe the bakery they use sent them over the previous Friday?). I will say we’ve had their coffee in the past and it’s always very good. Maybe stick with that and the bagel sandwiches. Nice atmosphere and service good.

Hello: I really didn't want to go this route I absolutely loved this place but recently I had a hiccup there with my order I got charged twice, and ordered food waited and they gave my food to someone else. Any way long story short spoke to the cafe manager we were going to get.a refund, if it didn't appear after certain amount of days I was told to email. I did that and no response I guess I'm disappointed because I didn't think they would just keep the refund I thought they would atleast email and set this right. This was my go to stop on Monday's maybe I need to find somewhere else

I never do reviews, but the build your own bagel--asiago, scallion chive cream cheese, chedder, sausage--should be ILLEGAL in all 50 states. It's that good.

I've been to all the Factory Coffee locations now, and I've never had a bad experience. Service is always amazing, kind and helpful, especially for a foodie/coffee nut like me who can be indecisive. Each atmosphere is a bit different, but I've been able to do work or meet with people at all of them- super cozy and modern. Food and drinks are great too! Espresso has been perfectly brewed everywhere I've gone, not sour or bitter, while maintaining a bold flavor. I love their fun specials too! (Baklava latte is RIDICULOUS). Im glad to have a go-to coffee spot in kzoo now!
