I haven’t been to Fazoli’s in years and thought we’d swing in for a quick bite. We were greeted by Decarlos at the front counter and his kind spirit & mindset was so refreshing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, checked on us multiple times & was just a joy to watch him interact with others. I can’t recommend Fazoli’s West Main enough if you’re looking for a quick yummy bite & made to feel like family. Decarlos you’re a gem, keep being you!

Big Carlos was great! Greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, told me the specials for the day, allowed me to take some time to pick out my order, and gave it to me with a smile. Big Carlos was wonderful!

It was terrible my husband and I wanted to dine in plenty of parking but the food was watery for the ziti and the chicken Alfredo wasn't good the prices are high and there is no server so yes you can dine in but then you have to go to the counter and order you. The food is already on the go containers and the cheesecake is prepackaged and also not good. Will say the atmosphere was nice and quiet and clean.

Fazoli's is an amazing concept. The rest of the country needs to get on board with fast food Italian. I would love to see some California locations. Carlos was an awesome help with great service and attitude. I hope to see him again next time I'm there.
Good fast food. I usually get the cheese pizza or ravioli. The breadsticks are always hot and soft. The morning staff Carlos, Alicia, and Ray really create a friendly atmosphere, with quick service and smiling faces. Can't ask for much more out of an $8 lunch 🍝

Clean is an understatement, and the homey artwork, interior design begs the body to decompress, itus from the heavy carbs sparking operant conditioning to a simpler, happier time in anyone's lives.
With gravitational reliability, every time I've left with the broadest smile in my belly, soul, and even lips - the infectious good vibes of the staff has no cure and incomprehensibly fast moving, taking you the moment you enter those doors, locked in by the friendly and helpful staff at each part of the process, and the long lasting effects of this condition following you the rest of the damn week.
As a Grand Adventure Legendary Weed Writer, I always make a stop at Kzoo Fazoli's whenever the winds allow.
Jaylah rocks! Her influence on my experience can not be understated. And Carlos coming in clutch at the end will not soon be forgotten among the ambient bong waft.
