So it's 2/22/25 8pm me and my wife are walking in I see a employee sweeping we walk in me and my wife apologize to the employee for walking through the area, the employee was sweeping the employee dead eyes at us and says nothing ok not a big deal walking up to the counter the cashier looks at us and says "what do you want" at this point I look at my wife and just order our food when my order was ready for pick up I go and grab the order and say thanks boss! He looks at me and walks away. I love firehouse subs been eating their for years! Never in my life have I ever felt sooo uncomfortable and not wanted at a business not to mention the music that was playing in the store this place is failing as a business not because of its food but 💯 because of its service I will not return to this location way to ghetto for me!

They give the unwelcome. No hi no conversation almost like put in your order so I can go back to texting. No smiles. I'm a district manager and I almost didn't order. I thought maybe I should go somewhere else because that's the vibe these employees give. If I were you I would do a secret shop on this location and you will see. Swearing and carrying on . It could not be one of my stores I would start making an example out of someone. I get it the way of the world it's hard to find some good solid help but wow this is not acceptable they are ruining your business I know you can't police every location, I'm just giving you a heads up.

Not too bad

Came back after 2 yrs to change my review. I've never eaten here at night and never will again. I should have known something when my sub came out 5 minutes after I ordered. Rushed, untoasted sloppy crumbled up meat to much mayo just sloppy. They back there playing music that is not customer friendly. And touching the phone changing songs while u have gloves on making sandwiches. Phones have so many germs🤢. I just walked out smh

Specifically put no onions no lettuce and made it all the way home to colon with my sub loaded with them! Great way to spend 30 bucks for nothing!

i had door dashed two subs and one had a cigarette in it. i had taken one bite out of the sub and when i finally looked at it i saw it hanging out of the back of my sub. it stinks and is noticeable squished into my food so it is clearly not the door dashers fault as the bag was sealed when i got it. i’m disgusted and can’t even eat my food. I went to speak with the manager about it and he said he doesn’t know how it got there and only offered to remake the sub. i’m very disappointed.

The manager and crew were awesome. I served in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division and was wearing the ball cap. The manager saw it and thanked me for my service and comped my sub. I used the restroom and left my drink and chips on the table. The gentleman put my sub with a cookie on the table with my drink. Very observant and thoughtful. Can't recommend this firehouse enough. Thank you guys.
