Firehouse Subs Corner Shoppes

Got our subs in a relatively timely manner but had to ask for our sides. Macaroni was lackluster and 20 min later, still no chili. Employees couldn't be bothered. They were content fraternizing. 2/10 wouldn't recommend.

Would not go here unless you have an hour to spare for them to make a sandwich and even then there’s a good chance the order will be messed up and you’ll have to have them remake it which then we’ll take a half an hour.

I would suggest going to any other someplace in the Kalamazoo area.

After messing up my order, they then proceeded to charge me for the correct order and not apologize.

Ordered no tomatoes bc i’m allergic. they put tomatoes on and then removed them instead of remaking and did not tell me so i had a reaction. BEWARE!!!!!! they don’t care about allergies or food sensitivities at all!!!!!!!

I've never eaten here before so I can't tell you much about their sandwiches, but they're one star reviews are absolutely killing me!
I'm giving them a five out of five for the shear unhinged misery they're inflicting upon people! Thanks boss!

Ordered thru their website and delivered promptly but all the chips were missing from the 3 combos. I called and got the we can replace the next time you come in routine. How about a comp for having to come on site? The bag was wide open so chips could have easily been taking by delivery. Seal the bag and you would know where the problems lies.

Just picked up a sub $19.50 with a large coke that had no ice. Ridiculous on price for you get severed

Took 30 minutes to make a medium sized sandwich. I was the only person in the drive through. I had to park and go inside to see what was going on in there. I had to remind them that they had a customer in the drive. Will never waste my time again at this location.

This was only my second time having Firehouse Subs and was not disappointed. Pricing is reasonable and food is amazing. I love the atmosphere and environment with the firehouse theme. My biggest complaint was how long it can take to prepare food. We waited a couple minutes to order because there wasn't anyone waiting for take our order and another 15 minutes for the food to be prepared. It definitely was a longer wait but I would still go again. The service was still very friendly and food was excellent.

Uber driver who delivered my order was not given the correct items. I ordered a bottled Coke and received nothing at the first delivery. He returned to the store and the second delivery was a glass of coke. As the driver was nice enough enough to go back to the restaurant to pick up the drink and redeliver it leads me to believe the restaurant was at fault.
As a first time customer the price and service will keep me from returning

Ordered a large cheese steak. Worst sandwich I have ever had. It was a soggy, mushy disgusting mess. What a waste of money. Tossed half of it in the trash. And I did eat in.
