If I could give zero stars I would. I was excited to finally try this place and was greeted with "its gonna be a while." I couldn't tell exactly where to order and the guy at the register said "I'm not clocked in" The told us again it would be a while because they had so many orders. They all acted surprised when we left. I'd also like to mention the inappropriate language they were using with each other while we were trying to decide what to eat. Incredibly unimpressed. I will not be returning, ever.

The last time I ordered from there I preordered it to be made an hour later and I showed up 8 minutes early looking forward to wait for a fresh made sub, instead what I got was a sub that was made 52 minutes before, leaving the veggies to get warm the bread to get soggy and the meat to get cold. Not to mention the pastrami was old and discolored. I mentioned it to the Manager on duty and he said maybe I should have waited to make my order as it had sat there for a while. It would seem as somebody had trouble telling time and/or reading details off an order. I guess I won't be going back as they have done nothing to help the situation.

Went through drive through to get food and the Guy told me it would be 20mins before he could even take my order. This isnt the first time this has happened. Food may be good but your customer service needs major work.

The new manager they got there I think his name nesto with the dreads he really kind nice and has great customer service we definitely recommending coming back first time here and I would love to bring me and my wife and kids back

Ordered 4 subs and was told we should have ordered online or called it in because an order this size was “causing mayhem in the kitchen.” 4 subs combos cost $70. Will never go back here again.

I waited in line for 15 minutes. Long enough to drink my whole drink. The food was not hot after the wait. I finished my drink and it’s black in the bottom rim. I hope someone from firehouse reaches out to make this right. I just threw up my food because it made me sick when I seen it, It was even tiny pieces. ?

I stopped by to order lunch through the drive through. The gentleman taking orders came in and asked me if I minded waiting for him to come back in a few minutes, and the. Something else that I couldn't understand. I said I could hold, but didn't understand him. He quickly repeated it and I tried to clarify his directions...which sounded like he could take my order and I would have to wait 25 minutes for my order. So after I asked for clarification he said very annoyed with me, "yes, that's exactly what I said 3 times now". I will not be back, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service.
