On today encountered a rude lady who answered the phone in a Hijab. Loaded me up with about 20 coacktail packets. I gave it back she threw it away what a waste of product. The food was good no complaints there!

They have you on hold for forever and then they don't clarify the order before hanging up (who truly would want chicken nuggets from a FISH place???).
The chicken nuggets (that I didn't intend to get, but what I ended up with because my order was not clarified) are not good (standard frozen something warmed up). Very disappointed with this experience.

Man look: everytime Im in Kalamazoo, I have to stop by Fish Express and get some chicken! Hometown fave for fish, wings, and gizzards. Their fries are phenomenal too. Decent pricing, and the food is alwas cooked to order, so its nice and hot every time. Small dining area, nothing spectacular. I always take my food to go. Overall GREAT food!

I go here often & have been since I moved here. Recently I went to get food for me & a friend. I was using my Apple Pay for my meal & cash for theirs. The weirdo at the counter told me, ‘only one order per person’ ??
At what restaurant can a person not run in and get lunch on break for coworkers? Then they told me, “I’ll do it this time but we also require the card present for Apple Pay over $25” - are y’all foolish or fools ? If I had the card on hand I wouldn’t be using Apple Pay.
I was a regular spending $30-50 per visit often but I’d much rather go a few feet further to Greg’s gourmet or food street.
