On today encountered a rude lady who answered the phone in a Hijab. Loaded me up with about 20 coacktail packets. I gave it back she threw it away what a waste of product. The food was good no complaints there!

They have you on hold for forever and then they don't clarify the order before hanging up (who truly would want chicken nuggets from a FISH place???).
The chicken nuggets (that I didn't intend to get, but what I ended up with because my order was not clarified) are not good (standard frozen something warmed up). Very disappointed with this experience.
You will be wait for your food, but I have been craving fried perch and fish express is the only place that can satisfy that craving. They get you right with the seasoning, the fries, and the bread, and they always have a good selection of drinks.

Man look: everytime Im in Kalamazoo, I have to stop by Fish Express and get some chicken! Hometown fave for fish, wings, and gizzards. Their fries are phenomenal too. Decent pricing, and the food is alwas cooked to order, so its nice and hot every time. Small dining area, nothing spectacular. I always take my food to go. Overall GREAT food!
