Fries were too salty for my taste. Fries didn't seem that fresh, they had no crunch and was a bit deflated. Burger was fine BBQ sauce is a bit too tangy for my liking.

I usually go to Five Guys despite how expensive it is because I know that I'll have a good all around burger. Sadly, it seems this location kind of half asses it. Bun was cold and crushed, maybe stale. Cheese was cold and never melted. The whole thing overall was meh, the patty itself was still good tho.

Burgers and fries were pretty good. Everything is made fresh to order so our food was hot and the employees were super kind and helpful. Expect to spend around $30 per person for a burger, fries and a drink 🤷🏽♀️ A bit much for what you’re getting in my opinion.

Really really shockingly good service. I went during lunch and there were other customers ahead and behind me. I asked for no bun and they immediately asked if it was for an allergy, which it was. Despite having other orders to deal with I constantly heard and saw callouts from the whole team for glove changes and to avoid cross contamination. Nobody complained, nobody did the bare minimum, everyone went above and beyond and was kind. Food was great too.
If you can’t have Gluten then Five Guys is one of the best fast food restaurants you can get, and this particular spot is a perfect example. Thanks guys, it meant a lot.

I am by no means new to Five Guys. Today I noticed a BLT on the menu, and wasn’t up for a full burger, so I got the BLT—my go to sammy. It came out on a bun, not toast. That alone offended me…BUT the atmosphere was the big issue today. It’s 90 degrees outside, but we walked inside to find the restaurant to be colder than a metal toilet seat on the shady side of an iceberg! The AC was working so hard that the exposed duct work was covered in condensation and I’m shivering as I type this.

I just want to say that Will is a fantastic worker he really is helpful and has been on more than one of our visits. All the staff tonight made sure our food was absolutely perfect!

Five guys has still got it. It's true that their pricing has climbed a bit, but it's worth it for the fresh buns baked daily, fry oil changed frequently, and overall commitment to quality they pursue. Everybody should try a five guys burger and fry at least once when the opportunity arises!
