The cafe is wonderful It has a restaurant above it It's a great place to read a book The only con is the parking if you have a truck it's incredibly difficult I highly recommend the white chocolate caramel latte iced, I have a variety of special drinks as well. We tried the cafe while we waited for our table for the crow's nest which I also highly recommend They work well together

This place has great food and service. It is a bit small and always busy because it's so good.

My wife and I visited with our daughter on an incredibly busy Sunday morning with no reservation. The staff were all running around but, to be clear, they were running around to make everyone's experience as enjoyable as possible during a hectic rush.
As we waited for a table for crows nest upstairs, I've got to shout out to Callie and Katy for making a near perfect London fog at lightning speed while continuously working through a never ending customer line.

Great and strong coffee. The baristas are always friendly. The bakery items are always a hit.

Ordered the iced miel. It was served in a hot cup and was super watery. Not impressed.

A preferred place for coffee, baked goods, and the best London Fog (tea) in Kalamazoo. They have house syrups in addition to the usual availability (lavender is my favorite). They have vegan options (the scones and zucchini bread are great). Delicious breads.

We usually wait in here or go record shopping at Satellite Records while waiting for a table for Crows Nest, which is upstairs.

So we went there thinking it was The Crow's Nest ? (Crow's is upstairs) but we were pleasantly surprised. I fell in love with this café, I enjoyed my beverage, the music, and the uniqueness of it and its patrons. I'm definitely going back soon. The only downside to it, might be closing time. I'd love to spend all my evenings there, just reading ? ?

Love the coffee and most of the baristas, the blonde elf looking guy is actually quite terrible. It seems like he doesn't want to be there? I have to wait for him to finish talking to his friends to get service, he forgot to bag up my pastry and tried to make it seem like I forgot to just take it? Oh so I carry out pastry in my hand now? Super professional. /S please do better.
