The ice cream was amazing! However, the staff was incredibly rude. Whether it was to other staff members or to customers, it was super unnecessary. They all seemed confused and stressed out on top of the rudeness. There is no structure there. I was super disappointed even though the ice cream was good.
The drive-through is run terribly. Management needs to step up and teach these kids about teamwork instead of walking around clueless.It took an hour to clear seven cars in the drive-through.They could use a lot of improvement.

I just got home from picking up a couple pints of ice cream and was quite disappointed in how much ice cream was in the pint. I have gotten double scoop of ice cream and received more than what was in the pint.
