Terrible the fried rice over done and sweet sour chicken was tough…call up there talking about giving me a refund instead of replacing my order wasted my money NEVER go back there again

The old man is miserable and has no customer service skills. He was clearly annoyed with me. He rolled his eyes. I was doing a door dash and he rolled his eyes when I asked for sauce like the customer asked. There are many Chinese restaurants in Kalamazoo and portage. Better ones with better food and better service.

Once upon a time this was a great place! The guys attitude behind the counter towards the food and customer opinion said it all. I decided not to order at all. I'm glad I didn't. My dad tried his food and told me to through it away. He used to go there all the time. Not even close to what it use to be! Feeling disappointed!

Food definitely was old and soggy . I ordered the orange chicken fried rice and egg roll. All of it was soggy but the egg roll wasn’t nasty everything else was nasty and old. Idc I’m so mad I ordered DoorDash from here. I would have never ordered from this location I use to live down the street and never was interested they always looked dirty! I’m so upset now I’m still hungry

I ordered the orange chicken with veggie fried rice and egg rolls. Food was mediocre. Luke warm like maybe it had been microwaved. The rice was not fresh rice, it was definitely old.
Flavor on the chicken was 3 star. Basic and quick. Im not sure this was made fresh to order.

A Kalamazoo/Portage staple! The best in Americanized Chinese food one could ask for! Always delicious and most important consistent!
You can eat at a table but there is no wait staff. You order at the register then take it out or eat there. Food tastes good. Worker was very nice.

This restaurant is great if you love the taste and texture of 3 day old chinese food you left in your fridge in the paper contaners and poorly reheated but don't want to spend 3 days waiting. besides that don't.
