Used to love this place…. Just got nasty Rangoon’s and SLIMY fish smelling SHRIMP, in shrimp fried rice…. Avoid this place until they get their shit together! 🤢🤮

I got take out yesterday, eating my leftovers today and starting chewing on a piece of chicken. I feel something hard and pulled this piece of plastic out of my mouth. They’re closed today so I can’t call, but still inexcusable no matter what they say.

I ordered Pad Thai and noodles were mushy it was not extra spicy like I wanted it my husband order orange chicken and chicken was not cooked all the way it showed a lot of pink inside the only thing they did right is our egg rolls we asked for, the lady on the phone sounded elderly apparently didn't understand what I was saying and what I was trying to say to her when we ordered definitely will not come back my sister works there offered us to try and we did horrible food now I see exactly what she means.

So I ended up here after I thought I ordered from the great wall on gull road. I did reluctantly come here after realizing my mistake and I in the end of the day am happy I did. I didn't get the woman's name but she was a slightly older woman, very empathetic about the situation and her response overall made my crazy day a lot better. I highly reccomend take out from here, even if it was by mistake.
We had the Chicken fried rice and beef with broccoli dinner. For appetizers we had egg rolls. The food was great! It was still hot when we arrived at home with our take out. Our order was ready in 10 minutes from the time we called. Thank you. Great Wall Express. It was our first time and we will be back

My rating used to be five all over the board, but things have started going downhill and I haven't ordered in about 6 months (till today 3/11/2025) but the egg rolls taste like Christmas. Why is there nutmeg/cinnamon in an egg roll? The orange chicken has no more peppers in it, very disappointed. The flavor is gone. You used to have the best food. I want to give a one star, but I have a hope that my favorite Chinese restaurant will make a comeback (from the reviews I just read. I have a feeling this has been going on for a long time and none of you pay attention. Your customer base isn't happy or you will lose your customer base. This isn't a threat. It's just economics. Orange chicken is also called crispy orange chicken for verification.

The seemingly familiar dishes that lurk here are, in actuality, just horrid and taste like salt with an distinct aftertaste you'd rather not consider too long.

Very disappointing! Ordered Sesame Chicken and Bourbon chicken. The Sesame chicken was so dry and tough we couldn't eat it. It must have been on the burner since they opened. My Bourbon Chicken was just plain over cooked chicken and vegetables and a tub of Bourbon sauce. Not cooked in the sauce. I've had better at the Mall Food Court. It's a shame, too. Very nice looking place and the lady that waited on me was very nice. Sorry, I was expecting much better food.
